K N Gupta Group of Hotel Castle

The super deluxe room no 101 where we stayed from 14th May to 18th May,2024 was very small and is not justied to call it a superdeluxe one. Very VERY restricted room service. There is no retaurant in the hotel. in the evening I had to take tea from outside on payment basis.Complimentary buffet is very very limited.only plain Dosha availabi.on the 1st day even sambar was not there. Even after repeated persuasion in the previous evening failed to get even MasalaDosha.No fruits in the brekfast.we made additional payment for fruits but they got it improper quality .Only positive thing of this hotel is smart bathroom but this cannot be reason for very high price when we compare with the dimensions of the superdeluxe room and room services. Only one tooth brush provided for three persons. No other saving kit. On the 1st day only one litre Mineral water provided for three persons.Please consider all above before opting for this hotel.

I had to get tea from outside with additional cost. Management appears to be not interested to serve proper quality food during breakfast. In the 1st day dosa was served without sambar and coconut chateny. Even after repeated request we could not get masala dosa

Great facilities l was here for two days...some of the facilities you don't even find in 5-star hotels. Staff was very polite. The location is also in a very prime location..I would strongly recommend.

All Excellent. Everything is clean and Green. No manual interventions and all fully designed and new automated equipment. Hospitality and support are too good. A very good place to stay in with family, friends and as a couple as well.

What an excellent experience it was. The facilities available, the infrastructure provided and service was just outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Will definitely visit again. On top Very reasonable tariff.
