Stayed 6 nights for work. Lovely new hotel, very modern and spotlessly clean. The rooms have kitchenettes which are very convenient , comfortable and great value. The restaurant is not licensed, but the food is AMAZING! Good little gym on the top floor which was great to do some exercise to work off all the Indian food I was eating. But the best thing about the hotel was the staff. With every interaction the staff are friendly, professional and efficient. The location is good as well, there are supermarkets and a good bar around the corner , The Night Bird, for if you do feel like a beer. I highly rate the Skyla and will definitely stay there again when next in Hyderabad.

The rooms were spotless, well maintained and comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite, always ready to assist with a warm and welcoming attitude one of the highlights was the breakfast

The property is nice and well maintained. I travelled for work and stayed in their Studio for 2 nights. Rooms are gorgeous with a small balcony attached and a full kitchenette. All sanitaryware seems updated and recent. Smart TVs, Iron/Board, Safe - all amenities provided. Definitely value for money. Few complaints - mosquitoes in the room did not allow me a good nights sleep both nights. The mosquito repellant despite being present in every room and their lobby area is not effective. Can't really blame the property completely, but a solution would be highly appreciated. Breakfast spread was decent, but the chutneys are way too spicy (maybe this is the Telangana flavors, but other business hotels often temper it down to suit all palates). One area of improvement for the serving staff during breakfast is that they need to be watchful and cognizant of missing cutlery/condiments across the tables. This was noticed on both days despite not being a busy period. I and my colleagues had to request it multiple times and they were prompt in providing it swiftly, but definitely something that should be pro-actively addressed. Staff was courteous, no specific complaints. We did have an issue with dinner, but they more than made it up by being apologetic and gracious about admitting their mistakes and going out of their way to make up for it. I wouldn't mind staying here again, provided that some of the above issues are addressed.

The overall experience is good, and room was getting clean on daily basis. House keeping staff is very helpful specially parmesh, rakesh and rohit was very helpful. I would definitely suggest to visit this place. Nice ambience and service by hotel staff and House keeping person.

Thank you for service. It was nice stay, service was also very prompt and positive. Hotel staff is very supportive. Rooms are specious, clean and maintained. Suggestion : Mosquito issue shall be worked out by hotel team. In room it is suggested to have wall clock.

Rooms is very comfortable peaceful atmosphere don’t have any disturbance house keeping staff really did a great whatever requested getting on time house keeping supervisor Parmesh and Rakesh,Manoj,Rohit everyone did a fantastic job i strongly recommend this hotel thanks for hospitality

The hotel is clean and the staff clean everyday. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds, housekeeping supervisor Mr Paramesh and Mr Rakesh the housekeeper attendant were very friendly ensuring that I was comfortable. The location of the hotel is good, it is near town. Hotel has a variety of food choices, I particularly enjoyed the tea. My overall stay for 2 weeks was beautiful, I recommend anyone visiting Hyderabad to consider the hotel. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly.

The facility is excellent, and the housekeeping staff, especially Paramesh (Housekeeping Supervisor) and Rakesh, provided outstanding service. Breakfast was decent and facility is quiet . Front desk is prompt and food is pretty decent

Hotel rooms are good and staff cleans it everyday, staff at front desk and food counter are very polite, lot of food options in veg and non-veg are available, and by calling at food counter food items are deliverable to the room. Thats my experience.

Stayed for 5 months, highly recommend. Overall good experience. Will visit again when I come to Hyderabad. Forty minutes from the airport. Close to city. Good gym and food. Best for coffee lovers like me. Basement has a big private parking.

A wonderful stay at this place which is close to restaurants. Warm hospitality, spacious rooms with optimal amenities. Nice food options in the breakfast menu, and a peaceful and calm ambiance. Check-in and check out were smooth. Easy access to transport.

Here are merits and demirts from my experience. I visited Skyla on 25/1/25 and stayed for 1 day with my family. Demerits : Property location is slightly inside. Tight and small parking space. Mosquitoes ruined my night sleep experience. Merits : People are very very cooperative. Food is good. very nice ambience and cleanly maintained rooms. Very quick on call service. Enjoyed stay with a very good breakfast. Overall : One of great choices to choose from. Just one bad mosquitos exp. Rest all fantastic.

Nice place to stay….. close to shops and my conference venue Polite & very helpful staff with special thanks to Mr. Pradeep at the reception. Mr. Rajesh from reservation was exceptionally helpful and considerate in sorting out the payment glitch that I encountered with my overseas credit card. Thanks a lot….. keep up the good work. Dr. D.
