Despite a previous disappointing experience, I decided to give this hotel another chance, hoping for improvement. Unfortunately, it was more of the same. Upon arrival, there was a long wait at reception with no efficient system in place. I requested to inspect the room before making payment, and it turned out the hot water wasn’t working. It took about an hour to fix the issue. After finally getting to shower, I realized the room didn’t have proper towels — only a small hand towel was provided. Dinner was another letdown. The restaurant was swarming with mosquitoes, and the staff seemed indifferent even after I raised the issue. To make matters worse, the air conditioner in the dining area wasn’t working. At first, I was confused as to why the manager had turned on the fan — then I realized the AC was non-functional. Even after raising these concerns, there was little urgency from the staff, and I found myself still waiting for resolutions. On top of everything, the Wi-Fi connection was extremely poor, making it hard to get anything done. Overall, this stay was once again frustrating and far from the standard one would expect.
