Novotel Hyderabad Convention Centre recensioner

Here's my experience. It's an essay. Check in: It's a 2pm check in and i reached 2hr early and had to wait a bit for the exact room I booked. Muskaan from the front desk team helped me with the smooth check in process. Normally this could be a painful process . She took care of my luggage while i could have a good brunch at La cafe coffee shop . Within an hour she called me to my phone and said my room was ready. Thank you Muskaan for taking care of this. Room & Service : Super spacious and has all the amenities as described in the MMT booking. Only feedback I'd give is the timeliness for any request placed by dialling '0' . I understand it takes time but an ETA would really help me to answer door when help arrives. Had to wait approx 30-40min to decide whether to hit the shower or use the loo. Otherwise it was all amazing with good view . Food : They have an amazing variety for buffet. I found it enjoyable (it varies from palatte to palatte) . The F&B team helped me to find a good peaceful corner (I'm someone with social anxiety ) and made sure i was comfy and kept checking on me. Thank you team! Then there was High tea. It was fun and got an opportunity to talk with the amazing front office manager Pallavi. She took that one extra step to walk up to me and have a good convo. There is a vague line between being intrusive and building rapport. Pallavi knew the right time to step in, right topic to talk and the exact moment to give the space. Now that's called experience and tenure . I can say I left the place by gaining a good friend . I cannot close this feedback without mentioning this amazing person I saw. There is an amazing person who is in their in house Jewellery store. I never spoke to him. But only smiled and gave nod as greeting as soon i come out of elevator. This person has the warmest smile i have seen in a while. Thank you for making my day. Now for all those who say every 5 star property has this protocol , thats their job, they are paid to be nice etc etc...u are right . Anyone can do it. But being genuine and leaving an impression, come on that can't be faked. Thank you Novotel for making my stay memorable. God bless you all and prosper your business
