I was skeptical about this hotel due to the mixed reviews. They turned out to be all true. 1. The staff really is rude. They don't pay heed to our requests 2. They bring breakfast from a small eatery opposite to the hotel and call it as complimentary breakfast. The taste just isn't good. 3. When asked to provide a shampoo, they said shower gel itself is a shampoo. But , otherwise, rooms are pretty clean and smell nice.

I have stayed in the hotel on a business visit. I have asked them to give me bill for claiming the bill in office. They have given me booking voucher which is not valid for claiming the bill. I have been following up with the staff for getting the bill especially a person names Mr.Satya.
