He estado solo una noche en el hotel llegando muy tarde para hacer el checkin. Siempre pruebo la primera noche así y si me gusta continúo las vacaciones allí, si no reservo otro hotel. La habitación era mínima, la más pequeña habitación de cualquier lugar del mundo donde estuve en este año y medio que llevo viajando por Europa. Pero decía que era de 12 m cuadrados. La cama era encajada en 3 lados en el muro. Al ingresar se sentía un fuerte olor a baño, bastante desagradable. Al bañarme aparecen en la mesada del lavabo cucarachas enormes. Las mato y tiro al wc. Tengo real fobia a ese insecto. nunca durante este año y medio de viajes y hoteles varios, y en ningún hotel 4* del mundo me había pasado algo así. Era casi las 2 am. A la mañana lo informo en recepción y la respuesta de la persona allí fue que en España es algo normal. Que debía acostumbrarme a encontrarlas. Aclaro, que viví dos años en Barcelona hace un tiempo y viaje por España desde pequeña y nunca jamás me había tocado eso en hotel ni en mi piso de estudiante. No considero admisible esa respuesta. Del hotel me enviaron un mail explicando que tienen una empresa que audita el servicio de limpieza. Me parece que deben además de limpiar, realizar una fumigación profunda. No está bien no es normal existan esos insectos. Es un tema de higiene básico. Y más en un hotel creo de una categoría o precio. Un tema que propicia insectos es la boisserie que se presenta en cuarto y baño. Hice el checkout después de la respuesta de recepción y me fui a otro hotel de playa d’en Bossa a pasar el resto de mi estadía pagando mucho menos, con vista al mar y sin insectos en vacaciones.

Our entire stay was amazing from start to finish. The rooms are amazing ( even the tiny room), the views are incredible from the top-floor sea-view rooms, the beds are fantastic, the amenities are glorious, the food is impeccable, and the staff are beyond wonderful. Special thanks to Alicia and Silvia, but honestly, everyone was amazing. The view from the bar is amazing and the drinks were awesome. Tuna Tacos and Pina Coladas for days!!!!

Having stayed here last year, i loved the hotel. Same again this year. Staff were amazing and super helpful. Breakfast was great. Great location. Would highly recommend the Hotel MiM! Thank you and another great stay!

Run away! We stayed one night at your Ibiza hotel and it was the worst experience ever! Loud electronic music in the Bar until midnight, the beats were very strong and annoying not allowing sleeping. After that we could hear every single step in the corridor, people talking in their rooms and toilets flushes as well. The bed is a combination of two single beds, with a whole in the middle and the room smells mold. This is not what we expect from a 4 stars hotel at all. The worst part is that after complaining with reception, we were told as there were no managers they could do nothing about the music and we would have to wait till midnight for at least the beats stop in our room. I emailed the hotel to complaint about it and the manager responded saying db levels were under limits allowed by the law. They just ignored the fact that the vibration of electronic music in the walls of an old building have nothing to do with db levels and can be very disturbing. And yes, they ignored the main function of a hotel: offer a nice room to sleep; and excused their actions by saying they are under limits of the law... so run away!

We had an amazing stay at Hotel MiM. Couldn’t fault the location, which was an easy walk to both the Old Town and Platja d’en Bossa. The hotel was spotless and the staff super friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
