Great hotel in the center of Ibiza. Amazing staff, great food, clean and nice rooms and the most amazing breakfast buffet ever. I‘d say one of the best if not the best choice in that area

This summer my wife and I brought our two daughters to Ibiza for their very first trip to Europe. Having visited Ibiza over eight times in the past, we were unsure whether to return to Ibiza Grand, since it had been 5–6 years since our last stay. With older hotels, you sometimes worry about wear and decline — but we are so glad we chose Ibiza Grand again, because it was truly perfect from start to finish. From the moment we booked, the guest experience team went above and beyond. Claudia, in particular, reached out within an hour of my email (two months before arrival!) and helped craft a full itinerary of restaurants, beach clubs, and chiringuitos that made our family trip unforgettable. That level of care set the tone for everything to come. On arrival, we were blown away by how beautiful and well-maintained the hotel still is — it looks just as fresh and elegant as it did years ago. But what really stands out is the service. At every corner — pool, restaurants, breakfast buffet, front desk, spa — it felt like there were more staff than guests, yet never intrusive. Every team member was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay special. For travelers seeking the best service, a quiet luxury experience, and an unbeatable location, I cannot recommend Ibiza Grand enough. We loved it so much that I’ve already reached out about booking for summer 2026. A huge thank you to Claudia and the entire team for giving our family such a memorable stay — we can’t wait to return!
