TUI describe this hotel on their website as accessible, also 'Our Holiday Village hotels have something for everyone', although the reps on site insisted it is a family hotel. We were a group of young disabled adults travelling with their families. There was no cocktail making as advertised, we enquired and was sent back and forth from reps to reception. The hotels toilets are mostly accessed via steps, there is no signage about saying disabled toilets this way, nothing on Sirenis website, nothing on HV app, nothing on the printed map supplied to guests. There is 1 toilet picture on TUI website but does not give location. Which brings me to the lovely infinity pool area with accessible toilets on a flat area, BUT this AI hotel advertised the bar open at 11am, when in fact it opened 12pm. Go walk to the main area and bring you drinks back. If you wanted a mocktail when it did actually open the answer is NO go walk. If you wanted an AI drink in the eventing NO go walk. You couldnt make it up really, only newly built accessible area and you are sent elsewhere for drinks at an AI hotel. We have travelled as a disabled group for many many years and never ever experienced an AI bar that does not really want to give you AI drinks throughout the day as regular times. After lots of messages to the very lovely guest relations they opened the water/fizzy area early in the morning so we could access fluids, but our last day it was shut, so this was a special arrangement for us and not for the many guests visiting this hotel, paying for their AI holiday with hard earned cash. Broken toilet flushes reported and not repaired, dirty plates 'every day' and so many grubby glasses in the main restaurant area, I went through 10 one day until I found a clean one, H&S at is finest NOT, if a bug come on hotel site your doomed as the hotel are not cleaning plates/glasses adequately (early May not even high season). We enjoyed the evening entertainment at infinity pool, Weds night was fab in main area with the external DJ with saxophonist. The main TUI enterntainment was really loud to the extent the singing and music was distorted and singer seemed to be shouting at the audience due to volume being too high, what a shame. I was there 2 weeks so ordered a drinks carrier from Amazon to be delivered to friends in UK to bring out in our 2nd week as trying to carry drinks back and forth to inifinity bar in the evening with a disabled family member is hard work, I presume same for people with young children, COME ON THIS IS MEANT TO BE A HOLIDAY, which was not cheap compared to other countries/hotels. The a la cartes were visited and enjoyed, such a pleasure to be sitting eating dinner without lots of kids sitting screaming or running around screaming, the main restaurant is like butlins on caffeine. If your lucky you get a table on the terrace. Parents totally ignoring the horrendous noises from their children. But if you wanted to use the toilet when at a la carte of
