Super family friendly place.

Esta bien ubicado las instalaciones son grandes el bus que viene del aeropuerto pasa frente al hotel súper cerca de la parada. Lo malo se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los palillos y escaleras. ! La comida normal de hotel la atención de los camareros muy amables un placer coincidir con Lorena excelente y encantadora de lo más bonito que he conocido en Ibiza ojalá más personas especiales como ella ! Gracias a ella la estadía genial el hotel como cualquier otro nada en especial !

Fab hotel, great price, great location, great staff. Always managed to get a sunbed, pools were lovely, food was good as were the drinks. Rooms were on the small size but comfortable and clean. Would return, plenty for all ages in Ibiza, lovely restaurants, good bars even if you are not in your twentys

We stayed here for 3nights on the 24th October. Last time was october 2022 And have stayed here numerous times over the years. Can honestly say don't know why there is people giving it negative reviews. As its still as amazing as it was when we last visited. The staff,Kids entertainers(amazing) Food.Room. We will definitely return!

Great value for money hotel. Staff all really friendly. The highlight with three children was the kids club. Lara and Alvaro were amazing. Our young daughter loved Lara and all her talents - balloon making, arts and crafts and great energy at the kids disco. And our two sons had a fantastic time with Alvaro who was so enthusiastic and great at entertaining them with nothing too much trouble even playing sport with the boys in his spare time - water polo spontaneously, pool and tennis table tournaments and daily football matches. Alvaro was so good and played with our kids even in his free time. The children are already asking when they can come back. Rooftop terrace was a highlight for us and beautiful beaches a short drive away or nice sandy beach a few minutes walk away too

My partner and I decided to go on a last minute getaway and booked this hotel 5 days before we flew out to Ibiza. We were skeptical, but for the price, we weren’t expecting much - we were throughly surprised by this hotel! First of all, we never really book all inclusives - we prefer holidays that we can go exploring on and spend most of the day out of the hotel, so doing an all inclusive was a change of routine for us. The hotel room was fine, we stayed in a deluxe room so had quite a bit of space and lots of storage. Balcony faced the pool which was lovely as we could watch the entertainment up there if we didn’t want to go down, and the bathroom was really clean. The hotel itself is lovely - two pools, one adult only which was great, entertainment on a night was your typical games and discos etc, and food was great compared to what we expected! There was a fair amount of choice at each meal, though there weren’t really any veggie options should that be something you require. Pool bar for burgers/chips/ice creams etc all day was great for if we slept in or didn’t fancy a sit down meal. The location of the hotel is great, 20 min walk into the busier side of the island and the beach is literally across the road. Lots of tourist shops and restaurants are nearby. The only problems we encountered were lots of ants in our room and bathroom- no idea how they were getting in but we kept coming back to quite a few. Our bed linen was only changed once despite having the sign on the door (though beds were made), and the bars ran out of most things for cocktails every night by 8pm. In all honesty, for a 3 star cheap getaway we really can’t complain - the staff were lovely, we felt comfortable and were certainly full everyday from all of the food on offer. We would definitely return to this hotel again in future. :)
