Esta bien ubicado las instalaciones son grandes el bus que viene del aeropuerto pasa frente al hotel súper cerca de la parada. Lo malo se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los palillos y escaleras. ! La comida normal de hotel la atención de los camareros muy amables un placer coincidir con Lorena excelente y encantadora de lo más bonito que he conocido en Ibiza ojalá más personas especiales como ella ! Gracias a ella la estadía genial el hotel como cualquier otro nada en especial !

We had a great time staying in this hotel, just arrived back from a week stay and have to say the hotel doesn’t deserve the bad reviews it gets. Our room was really quite big (premium double) for two adults, one child and baby cot. The view from the balcony was nice, and the floors were cleaned everyday, and fresh towels. The food was fine, plenty of salad and fruit options, some themed nights. Always plenty of tables to get. Snack menu round the pool served pizzas and burgers. The roof top terrace was beautiful and served drinks in a proper glass. Pool and downstairs bars are plastic ones. All the staff members are very friendly from every department, and all work very hard and make an effort with the kids. The kids entertainment was good, kids club twice a day and then a mini disco at 8.30. The ladies who done it were great. Yes you get dropped off two minutes round the corner from the hotel on the bus, people acting like they get dropped off a mile away on previous reviews. We had three suitcases a pushchair and two kids, and it wasn’t a massive issue . The location is really good. Just across the road from the beach, and about a twenty five minute walk along the promenade into sanantoni, or twenty minutes in the other direction from the reggae beach and other bars. Transfer was about half an hour. This is a lovely 3 star hotel.

My partner and I decided to go on a last minute getaway and booked this hotel 5 days before we flew out to Ibiza. We were skeptical, but for the price, we weren’t expecting much - we were throughly surprised by this hotel! First of all, we never really book all inclusives - we prefer holidays that we can go exploring on and spend most of the day out of the hotel, so doing an all inclusive was a change of routine for us. The hotel room was fine, we stayed in a deluxe room so had quite a bit of space and lots of storage. Balcony faced the pool which was lovely as we could watch the entertainment up there if we didn’t want to go down, and the bathroom was really clean. The hotel itself is lovely - two pools, one adult only which was great, entertainment on a night was your typical games and discos etc, and food was great compared to what we expected! There was a fair amount of choice at each meal, though there weren’t really any veggie options should that be something you require. Pool bar for burgers/chips/ice creams etc all day was great for if we slept in or didn’t fancy a sit down meal. The location of the hotel is great, 20 min walk into the busier side of the island and the beach is literally across the road. Lots of tourist shops and restaurants are nearby. The only problems we encountered were lots of ants in our room and bathroom- no idea how they were getting in but we kept coming back to quite a few. Our bed linen was only changed once despite having the sign on the door (though beds were made), and the bars ran out of most things for cocktails every night by 8pm. In all honesty, for a 3 star cheap getaway we really can’t complain - the staff were lovely, we felt comfortable and were certainly full everyday from all of the food on offer. We would definitely return to this hotel again in future. :)

Came with my partner and daughter for a weekend away. Room was lovely and clean and the sea view was beautiful. Food was ok, we mostly ate at the snack bar as we found dinner not really to our liking. Cocktails and beer were all decent and I liked the token system to prevent littering at the pool. Daughter went to the kids club once and enjoyed it, little bit of evening entertainment but nothing amazing. Staff super friendly. Only downside was the pool area was extremely slippery, saw many adults and kids tumble whilst we were there. Overall a fab weekend away and will defo return.

No complaints about this place. Stayed 3rd October. It was quiet, it was hot. Plenty of room around the pools. Thd food was good, as a vegetarians we found plenty to eat....only issue is the signs didn't always indicate that there was fish in the mixed salads but no issue really. Drinks were great and the male bar man by the adult pool was very friendly and cute. It was clean and the cleaners did a great job of cleaning the room daily. The room was a bit small for 3 girls but we didn't spend much time in there. The roof top bar was lovely. The hotel is directly across a lovely sandy beach. Great location and walkable to san antoni bay. Otherwise, taxi right outside or water taxi. I have never stayed in a 3 star before but would definitely return if I returned to ibiza again. Arrived all ok with flight, had to wait till 3pm to get into room. Room basic but nice and clean. Restaurant good and always something to eat, had to ask for lactose free milk as it wasn’t with others. Adults only pool area very good and quiet. Didn’t use other pool area or snack bar. Roof top bar was good, also able to use as sun terrace . Didn’t like using pool bar area at night as was provided plastic beakers to drink from would be much better in the evening to give adults glass glasses for there evening drinks. I can understand why due to the environment but wouldn’t mask any difference if they used glass ware instead. Liked where the hotel was situated not far from the beach or night life, didn’t like being dropped off at the bus stop round the corner from hotel, and also being picked up there for journeys home. Didn’t think there was a need for tokens for plastic beakers but suppose it did as the staff didn’t need to collect used ones.

This is our 5th year coming to this hotel and we had an amazing time as usual. I cannot fault the hotel, the rooms are spacious, comfortable and cleaned daily. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Outside, there are lovely, tidy gardens. There are 2 pools, 1 of which is adults only, both have plenty of sun loungers. The restaurant - always something to eat, never a complaint from me. The snack bar food is just as good!! What ultimately brings us back each year is the staff, they are so lovely and have become friends of ours from Erika in reception, Lorena and Niko in the restaurant to Isabella and David working in the bars, such lovely people. This year has been without a doubt the best year regarding the entertainment team, Alvaro & Giorgia were amazing. I don't usually get involved but this year I couldn't resist, fantastic duo and I only hope they both stay for years to come, they absolutely made my holiday as well as many others.
