Clean and Well-Located Hotel - Good Value for Money We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a clean and conveniently located option. Positives: The hotel was clean, and its location was quite good, making it easy to access nearby areas. We appreciated the availability of free on-site parking. While the parking was a great benefit, clearer signage indicating its exact location would be helpful for future guests. Breakfast: We only had the chance to experience the breakfast. While it offered enough options to meet basic needs, it's worth noting that the variety was not extensive. Overall: This hotel provides a good alternative for travelers who are not looking for extensive amenities or those with early morning or late-night flights. It offers a clean and well-located stay at a reasonable price, making it a decent value-for-money option.

Lovely place lovely staff easy to get to I would book again.

I had torn towels, the sheets were torn, the food still needs to be worked on, there were no cakes, there were only some creams.amenities was just soap

He vuelto a alojarme esta misma semana en otro hotel de la misma cadena, y he notado algunas diferencias importantes. Este hotel está un poco más apartado y, lamentablemente, no tiene vistas al mar, algo que aprecié mucho en el otro establecimiento. Sin embargo, un punto muy positivo ha sido la comida: mucho mejor en comparación. Los platos están más cuidados, con mejor sabor y una selección más acertada. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar, tanto en recepción como el resto del equipo. Se nota un ambiente acogedor y tranquilo, algo que valoro mucho. En general, a pesar de la ubicación menos privilegiada, la experiencia ha sido buena, sobre todo gracias a la calidad de la comida y la amabilidad del personal.

Esta bien ubicado las instalaciones son grandes el bus que viene del aeropuerto pasa frente al hotel súper cerca de la parada. Lo malo se escucha todo el ruido de las otras habitaciones y de los palillos y escaleras. ! La comida normal de hotel la atención de los camareros muy amables un placer coincidir con Lorena excelente y encantadora de lo más bonito que he conocido en Ibiza ojalá más personas especiales como ella ! Gracias a ella la estadía genial el hotel como cualquier otro nada en especial !

This is the 3rd time at this hotel, family holiday with my wife and two children age 8 and 14 and it hasn't disappointed brilliant staff work so hard to make your stay lovely the food is good you can always get something our kids loved the snack bar,the entertainment is ok same as any hotel pools are lovely and the rooms are good, nice size rooms beds a little hard but all in all another brilliant stay would definitely recommend staying at this hotel location is brilliant lots of shops and bars around the hotel

Mucho Magnifico This was our TENTH TIME here. Just gets better and better. Lovely white washed hotel well maintained. Lovely reception area with lovely friendly helpful staff. Four pools Life Guard on duty. Three bars Rooms basic but clean and cleaned daily. All the staff friendly and helpful.. We didn't get all the staffs names but stand out ones ISA LORENA AND IRENEE. They are a credit you Azuline as well as as all other staff. Amazing food served daily beautifully presented by talented kitchen staff. We always go all inclusive which we recommend. At time of being there we noticed many many Spanish guests which was nice to see. Also many families with their children all having a Magnifico time. Around the hotel it's Nautically themed which is nice. Ideally placed the hotel is a few minutes walk from.... Crazy golf Many shops Taxi ferry to take you to other side of the bay for five euros. Within two days of us being there.... We booked again for 2026. Think that says it all... Also noticed a few disabled scooter users there too which was nice to see as they as well as everyone one else was enjoying their holiday For your piece of mind there is security present which is reassuring. One male holiday maker thought he'd entertain us all by putting on irritating house music at full blast.. The security person swiftly dealt with it professionally and we heard no more. Lovely clean hotel great staff great food highly recommend close to the beach and shops lovely beaches easy to get transport where you want to go lots of boats trips jet skis lovely restaurants and bars my whole family enjoyed it would definitely return

This rating is for management/owners due to false advertising rather than anything to do with the actual hotel as so far I have found the hotel lovely and the staff very helpful and friendly. HOWEVER we booked this hotel after looking online and seeing it had a full size basketball court. My son plays basketball, he has a competition next week so we came here for some warm weather training. I did lots of research of the hotel, the listings clearly state Basketball as something they offer. The website photos show the basketball court but they are not particularly clear. So just to double check I went on Google Earth and you can clearly see the basketball court. All the lines are fully laid out in a basketball court layout so that alongside the website listing meant I had no hesitation to book this hotel. BUT; when we arrived there are NO hoops. No fixed hoops or stand hoops, not even the sort of movable hoop you can buy for your garden. I am the sort of person that likes to give people the chance to amend situations (not sure what they could do or would actually care to do about this) but I know that as much as the lovely staff at reception will raise this to management, this is exactly the sort of thing that management like to ignore and brush under the carpet which is why I am raising it here and raising it within hours of arriving. So far I would have been absolutely delighted with this place if it had not been for this. I honestly do not believe you should advertise that you offer Basketball when what is offered is a sports court with no actual basketball hoop. It’s literally the definition of False Advertising.

Stayed here July 2025. All inclusive. The hotel is a 3 star hotel. Don’t be fooled by some saying 4 star, it’s a good 3 star. WiFi good in all parts of hotel it seems, decent breakfast, lunch and dinner plenty of options, pasta dishes, salads, desserts. Definitely quality over quantity with a delicious paella one night, and grilled fish, chicken, seafood. Desserts are a bit synthetic. Not sure what people mean in reviews about rude bar staff. They were all lovely in my experience. Special shout out to David on the adults pool bar, always a good laugh and great drinks. Coca Cola on tap and actually tastes like coke! Beatrice on reception deserves a mention too. We had an issue on check in (we did have quite a stressed night staff man on reception when we checked in late but judging by some of the customers he had to deal with I’m not surprised he was stressed) and Beatrice sorted us out the day after - despite her manager hiding in the wings, she dealt with the query as best she could. Always got a sunbed around the pool, but not always an umbrella. Umbrellas are few and far between and have seen better days but do the job (if you get one) I’ve stayed in 5 star places and not had a sunbed!! Pools are nice and in the family pool there are big shaded areas. Pool snack bar is good and food nice- basic chips, pizza , burgers etc. Rooms are noisy, we could hear someone snoring next door one night 😆 but stick in the earplugs and beds are comfy. Not all rooms have fridges. You can get towels for €10 deposit. No water in our room when we arrived but the dining hall was open for us to get a soft drink/water. Bit annoying you have a band, also a swipe card for the buffet, fobs for your drink cups- can get a bit inconvenient having to remember it all but a small price to pay for a nice drink and sustainability is the driver. Good location for San an, and San a bay lots of good shops around.

Just returned from a week's holiday at this lovely hotel. We were a little worried after reading some of the mixed reviews however we had nothing to worry about. The hotel is lovely and clean, rooms were big enough for the two of us and cleaned daily with fresh towels too! Food in the restaurant and snack bar was plentiful and we enjoyed everything we tried, loved the themed nights. Drinks were good too and bar staff were friendly. Liked the token rule as this meant you didn't have empty glasses left lying about etc. The whole Animation team were amazing and worked hard to get everyone involved and made the effort to speak to you, especially Carlos & Nahuel, they certainly made our holiday more memorable. One thing to bear in mind is that the shower tray flows over the edge which makes the floor wet & slippery which i found out the hard way 🙈 even tho we did have the bath mat down too.....just be mindful of that when showering. We would definitely return again. Thank you for a lovely holiday.
