Hotel Apartamentos Vibra Monterrey

Left 15th August checking in was good, rooms ok but not as clean as liked but I'm a cleaning supervisor so got high standards. Furniture is not being pulled out to clean found old cigarette butt under fridge, pulled it out as the hot plates didnt work was checking to see it was plugged in. I dont even smoke so not nice to see didnt know rooms had smoking option, if so the should be fully checked before sellling back rooms onlline. The hot water in taps come out very hot scaled my hands in bathroom shower tap and kitchen sink trying to adjust temperature (CAUTION HOT WATER) Signs need to be placed as not safe especially when you got kids. Staff friendly enough the walk up to the hotel isn't bad as people say on here. As I have read in a review I fully agree the standard of food is very basic this is breakfast, firstly they had rotten fruit in bowl in the 2 days we stayed on the 1st moring hot food is cold so went down at 8.05am to see if we could get hot food again stone cold. Fruit bowl still rotten with a few bananas placed on top to look fresh disgusting.Easy to get to on bus from the Airport not a bad journey 45mins. Place was quiet no entertainment well I didn't hear any. 2 days was enough but I wouldn't stay there again at the prices I paid for a last minute booking rooms are only worth like £60 a night all year round in my opinion so I feel ripped of at nearly £200 a night. I feel should be given half a refund.

Great place. good staff, offered us two shots for free at the pool to welcome us, everything is clean, there is a big parking for the cars, the rooms are cozy and clean. Reception is open 24/7. Prices are fairly standard. 8 Pool table, flipper and arcade. And the MUSIC IS AWESOME

I was with my fiance, I had a great stay, clean rooms, clean towels, friendly and organized staff, I was especially pleased with Mrs. Nicoleta, the maid. I strongly recommend, we will definitely come back. Nice experience and very good service.

Very good time . Lovely quiet location. Is a great place, nice pool .The food an cleaning really good, but the best thing is the personal, especially Nicoleta the maid , really helpful and professional .The time spent here was very pleasant. I will come back with other friends.

Great bar service always a good cleaner each day would define recommend friendly environment and welcome to all ages and family but pool for when it gets to hot and for kids there is a small pool for them so they don't have to go in the big pool if they can't swim
