Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend** Our stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the room was okay, my children’s room had no hot water, and there was a horrible smell coming from the sink whenever it was turned on. We arrived late at night and asked the receptionist about breakfast times. He informed us that breakfast starts at 8:00 AM but assured us that if we needed it earlier, we could request it. When I asked if he was the receptionist, he confirmed, so I requested breakfast for 6:00 AM, and he agreed. However, at 6:10 AM, when we were ready for breakfast, we found the restaurant closed and dark, with no one in sight. The reception area was also dark and unattended. I had to call the hotel to figure out what was going on, and after some time, the same receptionist showed up to make us breakfast. To make matters worse, the breakfast was not included with the room, and by the time it was ready, it was too late for us to eat. Overall, this experience was very frustrating, and I won’t be staying at this hotel again.

Robbed of my money by the staff. They perform switch trick by telling you that you are using fake money after you paid with original money from the bank. They start scolding you that you have to give new money. You pay 2 times and get fake money back from them. You are treated like a criminal to overpower you. The man Carlos and his employees treat you so unimaginably anti-social that you are bewildered. Traveled a lot about world and never experienced anything like this. May karma do its work and these scammers get their punishment. Be warned and definitely do not go to this location! There are so many nicer places to stay in Huacachina.

Watch out for a men named carlos he does a money change trick and give you back fake money then tell you you’re a scammer when he is actually the scammer he does this only this with tourists because they don’t know the difference between the money so be aware!!

Well, it was glamping, Peru style. The pool was nice and the breakfast fulfilling. They had WiFi and electricity in the tents. The views were nice too! It was a fun experience! My son loved it and had a great time. Now I need to take him out in the woods when we get home and show him what camping is really supposed to be like!!!

We had a great stay at the Ecocamp! Easy check in, and the tents were spacious and clean. Free breakfast in the mornings and nice to be able to chill around the pool when it’s hot! It’s close to everything as Huachania is very small! Perfect place for a few days!

I booked this spot because I wanted a different experience. The tents themselves are pretty basic. The pool was nice and clean. We ordered from the poolside restaurant and the food was decent. Unfortunately, if you have other disrespectful guests, you will hear everything they say and be awoken in the middle of the night. The bathrooms and showers were well maintained.

This ecocamp is in the south of Huacachina Lake and near the entrance of park. The place is quiet and the atmosphere is really good. You can use the beautiful pool every time and the price of food and beverage is acceptable is that area.

fue una experiencia fantastica, el hotel rodeado de dunas, es algo que nunca en mi vida habia vivido. La piscina es amplia y limpia. No le pongo 5 estrellas, porque habia un huesped que roncaba como una bestia, y me desperto a las 6.15hs AM. Sacando ese asunto, estuvo muy bien

Excelente hotel muy cómodo todo me gusto ahí no mas las dunas....muy felices el desayuno también excelente volvería mil veces alquilamos 3 carpas la asamos espectacular y las fotos ni se diga jajajjaja muy lindas!!!! El aseo el personal muy amables todos
