Avlu 4 Location is good for beach and the town, both easy walking distance. We stayed mid October plus 1 x extra night due to fire at Luton Airport. Murat was very helpful with all our requests. We stayed on self catering basis as plenty of facilities very nearby. It was nice to have a drink at the bar when coming back from the beach, Murat was always very friendly. The pool is nice as well but we love the beach and walked there everyday. A clean appartment in a quiet location - perfect for us. Must return next year!

Very friendly family business. Got spoild with great breakfast. Felt very welcome there. Few min from local shops and pubs. Great place to stay. Everything was great apart of the Internet. It was slow or sometimes was loosing connection. But apart of that nice place to stay. Thank you

Excellent Apartments, really comfy beds, amazing service, great breakfasts, great wi-fi service, Murat is a lovely host, very peaceful, not a party venue. I stayed here at the end of May, I am a solo traveller and I found this place the perfect retreat, it is a little back from the beach but is quiet and has respectful guests. you get a peaceful nights sleep and Murat makes wonderful breakfasts, so much food you are set up for the day. The apartment was perfect for my needs and the cleaners were very friendly and cleaned my room every day and made my bed. I personally think this is a real gem, I know there are people on this site who complain about the strict coming and going hours, Murat cares about his guests, this is a family run business and he cant stay up all night as they work in the morning. I think that is very important to know before booking here. He did stay up late for me one night and I felt terrible. I personally felt very at home here, Murat is friendly without being intrusive, he has repeat guests who have been coming back for years and it is very friendly. Personally I loved the place, it was perfect for me and a real gem, a great getaway even though the weather was terrible. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to solo travellers and families who want a quiet break.

Booked a studio with ******* for June 2023. Very cheap rate. Messaged murat as I had read that the doors were locked at 12. He said that I had to be in before 12 as the doors were locked until 9am. He also said that if I didn't comply to that to cancel my booking. I have cancelled as I'm not being told when I come in at night or out in the morning.

A nice clean hotel in center of icmeler with all bars and restaurants close to hand but also in a quiet location. Had a nice swimming pool that was a perfect sun trap but also had plenty of shade for those that needed it. Would recommend this hotel to everyone. The owner Murat and his family goes out his way to make you feel welcomed and is very quick to resolve any issues you may have.

Just returned from a 9 day stay at AVLU 4 in Icmeler between 25/5 2022 and 2/6 2022 and enjoyed every minute of our first 2+2 family holiday in Icmeler. Senay and Murat are great hosts as mentioned previously but also from our own recent experiences, nothing was too much for them to make our stay a very pleasant holiday. We were allocated Room 205, very spacious with great pool view. Also suggest Room 105 which is on the 1st floor for managing small staircase. Our apartment was cleaned every other day and we were provided with a good supply of clean towels. We loved the facility of a very clean and large pool, and a good choice of food for snacks or a full evening meal. On one occasion after a late return from the obligatory boat trip, Murat very kindly served up soup, pizza for the kids and a mixed grill for the grown ups!! Both Senay and Murat are excellent chefs and very obliging. We were very grateful for the facility to store baggage beyond the check-out time as our airport journey was booked for late afternoon. A sincere thanks to Senay and Murat, we look forward to book an apartment on our next visit to Icmeler before too long. Special greeting from Abbas and Yunus, missing their favourite pool.
