Dilhan Hotel

Yes this is a budget hotel but you do expect a certain level of standards. Reminded me of faulty towers. Showers are far too small, not all the plug sockets worked Ate breakfast once and never again. Bar staff and owner were quite rude to us all and tried to charge for extra drinks and don't get me started on the 'extra' charge if you want to pay by card. Never in all my time coming to Icmeler have I heard of this. Plus the sign in the lift saying you can't take your own food and drink to the room. Yes right, again something I have never seen anywhere in Icmeler

Avoid this hotel if you have a skin condition. My daughter has severe excema and blood had got on her sheets from scratching. We were charged 550 tl for this, a first for me in any hotel we have ever stayed in. We were not however offered a refund of a nights stay because the room had not been cleaned from previous guests when we arrived in the early hours, the bathroom shelf was broken, the shower screen and shower were filthy, I dread to think what was stained on the floor tiles between the beds, dirty glasses in wardrobe, balcony glass was filthy, we were told it would be done in the morning, but the stains remained in the floor and the shower screen and showere were not cleaned, we have stayed here before and were well aware of the rating and the size of the rooms, however there is no excuse not to have basic hygiene standards. Some customer service and understanding wouldn't go amiss either. I know that staff members and other guests were shown images of the sheet around the pool, as if to prove why they charged, I would strongly suggest some better cleaning products for the laundry, and some lessons in customer service both severely lacking here. I never leave reviews and I'm sure a may get threatened with legal action as well, but pictures don't lie, and I would hate for anyone with a debilitating condition be made to feel the way that we were.

This hotel is a budget hotel so dont expect 5 star...our stay was ok we didnt stay at the hotel once which we do like to do because the pool area had very little sun and those beds that did have sun were taken very early every morning...but this wasnt a problem for us....our room was cleaned daily all staff were polite and helpful when needed....the mini fridge was a god send on our first night as we arrived late....you pay for what you use bit the prices were fine....i thought for what we paid it was fine you are left alone....we had a lovely week in turkey and this place was a room to sleep in....if you want 5 star then pay 5 star....no complaints here....yes things could ve improved but thats the case with most hotels.We enjoyed our stay.

Well we knew this hotel was only a two star so was not expecting luxury but to find stained bedsheets, broken shelf in toilet, previous occupants false eyelash on mattress and no towels changed in the seven days we stayed is way below any star rating, staff speak little english so our complaints seemed not to be understood. Suffice to say I would not consider staying there again.

Worst owner ever so rude likes shouting at woman, over charges for using your bank card breakfast was disgusting same every morning not the cleanest of places … apart from that it is centred in a good location.. the place needs a lot of tlc sockets hanging from walls toilet and showers broken

Great place if you want to be near everything. Close to the beach, bars and restaurants Hotel is basic but clean. Pool area and bar spotlessly clean. Does need updating but this is reflected in the price. Room 108 was perfectly adequate. All the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.
