Marti Resort Deluxe Hotel recensioner

Absolutely loved Marti Resort. We travelled as couple with 5 year old. Do not listen to all the Karen's in these reviews. I was hesitant after reading some of these reviews but honestly could not fault the place. Perfect for families or couples. It was very clean and our room was spotless. I did speak to another family who said the first room they were given was run down but they were immediately moved to a better room upon complaining. But we had a lovely room with an amazing view of pool and mountains. Beds were comfortable and room was clean and had everything we needed. I needn't have taken toiletries or towels as these were provided and replenished daily as was bottled water for our room and tea/coffee/sugar supplies. My only bit of constructive feedback would be could have used a bit more wardrobe space but this wasn't a massive issue and everything else in the room was perfect. There is a towel service as well for beach towels and if our towels were wet throughout the day they were happy to keep giving us fresh towels whenever we needed them. The food was lovely. Plenty of variety. If you enjoy healthy food and are adventurous you will enjoy the food. Fussy eaters may struggle but my 5 year old daughter who isn't too adventurous still found something to eat every day. Salads are amazing and wide range of desserts. There is also a patisserie open from 2pm till 10pm daily with wide range of pastries and desserts. The snack bar opens 12pm till 4pm daily for burgers, chips, fish, salad and ice creams. There is usually a lovely lady making fresh pide (turkish bread) also at snack bar. Drinks were great. Entertainment is good. The mini disco for kids could be switched up a little as was same every night and got a little repetitive but most kids seemed to love it regardless of this. The indoor spa area is lovely (sauna, steam, jacquizzi and indoor pool) and we used these every day to wind down after long days by pool or beach. The staff are very attentive and can't do enough for you. Yes they may try and offer you some of their additional paid services but are in no way forceful and will leave you alone if u make it clear your not interested. The staff definitely go above and beyond for guests. One night at dinner the carrot cake ran out before I managed to get a piece. I spoke with rumeya on the patisserie and she went out of her way to go and speak to the chef in the kitchen. She reappeared around 30 mins later with a full tray of carrot cake for our family. I was super impressed. They literally made more for us after she went and worked her magic. Thank you so much rumeya!!! I have read reviews here about resort being dirty and things being broken but this was definitely NOT our experience and the whole place was immaculate and everything worked perfect. I will definitely return to this resort. Our stay was wonderful and I was overly impressed with all the facilities and outstanding service we received from whole team. Thank you marti reso
