I could not ask for a better hotel to stay in. Every single member of staff — including the manager and the owner — were absolutely fantastic. So helpful, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The hotel itself is amazing — relaxed, spotless, and full of positive energy. The rooms were incredibly clean, and the whole place had such a chilled vibe that it really helped me unwind. I’m so glad I chose this hotel — it truly made my holiday. Despite being right on the main strip, it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful at night. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. I highly recommend Hotel Portofino in Icmeler to anyone planning a visit. Avoid Marmaris — it’s become like Benidorm! If you want to truly enjoy your holiday, stay here instead. Huge thank you to all the staff — you made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be back!

This was the first time staying at the Portofino and honestly I thought it was a lovely little hotel! My mum and I stayed for 9 nights in a twin room overlooking the sea which was great, the room was fairly modern, the bathrooms could do with a refurbishment but they were clean and simple. The room itself and the balcony was a good size. The maid cleaned the rooms when we had the sign on the door asking for it to be cleaned anytime. We had B&B which was a Turkish style breakfast which is great as I am not bothered about a fry up. The pool area is quite small but we spent a lot of time at the beach so didn’t use it much. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. Location is brilliant, no loud bars next door but still central to everything! It’s a mix of nationalities who stay there but I have no problems with this as everyone was respectful. I would definitely stay here again.

Terrible food sunbeds was sparce very small pool food was awfully rooms wasn't cleaned only once in ten days very basic drinks was good apart from that hotel not good no entertainment very quiet

We had a wonderful holiday here, only got home 3 days ago. All the staff are so lovely, they try to do everything they can to make sure you enjoy your sta. Close to the beach and many restaurants. The pool is quiet due to the closeness of the beach, we liked that. It is spotlessly clean, there are many areas inside to sit and relax. I must be honest and say that there is much room for improvement where the food is concerned. We went all inclusive, but ate out most evenings. I would definitely, happily return next year … for me, despite a few minor issues, it was a wonderful holiday ❤️

Basic Hotel , has been upgraded a bit , mainly new doors (fire). Shower was very small but ok, shampoo and shower gel provided, not many sockets and they are ancient. Workmanship of the refurbishments is not the best. Fridge was fine , the View from our room was fine, in a good area for the beach and the cheaper bars and restaurant's. All in all this hotel provides a good base for your stay in Icmeler, Breakfast was fine with me , FREE Drinks non alcoholic available all day / night if you are only B+B.

Stayed here for 8 nights and didn’t have any problems, breakfast was the usual Turkish offering of olives eggs bread cold meat cheese etc and fruit juice with tea/coffee from vending type machines , there was free WiFi pretty much all over the building a decent swimming pool (a bit cold for my liking) and an outside bar and an in house restaurant serving a good selection of food. One problem if you could call it that was I didn’t see a cleaner for my entire stay but I spent so little time in the room it didn’t bother me. The room was a decent size with a balcony and air con and a firm to hard bed it had an attached wet room with a shower so powerful it was unreal. Overall I would happily stay there again and would recommend it as a very good budget hotel.

We didn’t stay in the hotel but spent most of our holiday using the pool and bar. Our hotel was 1 min away from Portofino and I’m so glad we found this place! The pool and outside dining area were amazing, staff were so friendly and attentive, the pool area is so clean and a very decent size pool and the food and drinks were delicious! It’s a very relaxing atmosphere and I would 100% stay at this hotel in the future instead.

We didn’t stay in this hotel so cannot review the rooms. However, after leaving our busy all inclusive hotel in search for something a bit quieter we came across this gem. The hotel let us use the pool if we had some drinks which we were more than happy to do. We also had lunch here on two consecutive days, the food was lovely. Staff were really friendly and the prices were good. Thank you very much for the service you provided!

This hotel was clean and staff were really friendly couldn’t do anymore for you! Breakfast is traditional Turkish meat cheeses salad and fresh bread was nice! Lunch soup and dinner was stew which all tasted nice! They haven’t the budget of the big hotels but this hotel is a family run hotel so I have to admire them for there service! The bar staff always a smile on there face! The layout of hotel was good cos the pool was near the bar so good to get drinks! Beach is a short walk and there’s restaurants overlooking the sea so you can go for dinner lunch if you want to have food away from hotel!
