Loved it here, very chilled and felt very safe.Staff were lovely and room was spotless.Only issue was we were to tall for the attic room but osman kindly moved us downstairs for a small fee. Beds were really big and comfy.Came home and booked up for next September as we enjoyed it so much.😎😎

I have been to Turkey about 15 times, and have been to lots of other countries eg India,i stayed in 2 and 3 star hotels there and they were like 5 stars compared to here. This is the worst place I have ever stayed. When we arrived it was early morning so was dark, and as soon as we walked in I was horrified. The "sofabed", well it was mismatched with 2 sofas as it had 2 different style cushions to make it into 1 sofa. . The lighting was very dim so it made the room look dark and it was honestly filthy. The floor had footprints on still. They staff were unhelpful, promising to move us to another apartment but that never happened. The bar staff added drinks onto our bill that we hadn't had and then tried to give us the same bill twice. I'm a Karen not a "Karen" and dont mind anywhere as long as I have a clean bed and a clean room. Not threadbare pillowcases and flea ridden sofas! 1 positive is that the pool was clean and has amazing views!

In 30 years of going away on holiday this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at and I've been to India it's tatty outdated staff unhelpful the shower is a joke you would be better off with a watering can chairs broken door handles hanging off the door I had to book somewhere else before it completely ruined my holiday

We knew we were getting basic as we’d booked budget but you know what it actually wasn’t that basic! Yes rooms were in attic and it was on 2nd floor but hey get your steps in to work the alcoholic drinks off from night before. Beds were very comfortable and the room was quite spacious for 2. Bathroom was adequate and the balcony was lovely if not compact but it’s only a base at the end of the day. We paid extra for air con which we needed. We had 2 rooms as the kids were next door. The rush for the sun loungers was non existent nobody got up before 10am 😂our first morning I was up ready to run and no one appeared until Hali put some music on at about 9.30. Place was kept clean food was nice and reasonable prices and Hali was a pleasant host. If you tell them you are going to the beach they will recommend Tiki Beach which the owner of the hotel also owns and you get a courtesy taxi for the first trip but after that it was 200lira (approx £5) we paid this as there were 5 of us and my husband couldn’t walk distances. The beach was amazing. The hotel is situated very close to bars and restaurants and really is a great place to use as a base.

Amazing hotel, really friendly staff, me and my family came for 8 days and have had a brilliant time. Kitchen staff are great Tommy and Ali who work the bar have made our holiday! They are great with the kids and they even put on a romantic night for me and my family they laid a table out with table cloths and candles by the pool and waited on us hand and foot just because these are the kind of people they are. Cleaning is impeccable. Osman the reception manager has been really helpful and tentative would highly recommend and DEFINITELY stay again

Room is clean and basic but everything you need. Pool area and bar is great fun Alli made our stay around the pool good fun (LIFE IS LIFE) all the staff will do anything to help made us very welcome when we arrived at 3am asked for extra pillows and water they brought straight to our room
