We loved the welcome feel when you walked in. The staff was nice and made the process very quick and easy. They had a dinner soup which was very nice as well as their breakfast. The pool and hot tub was nice after a long drive. We felt like we were very safe also which is always really nice.

A decent place to rest your head. Has the hardest parking lot to get into that I have seen for this chain. The Good: Has a heated pool, decent coffee, clean sheets, great family restaurant across the street, thick curtains, quiet rooms, and someone makes good sugar cookies for the guests in the afternoon. The Bad: one of the rooms smells like cat piss, dirty carpet, only one bedside table per two beds, the worst breakfast I have seen at a hotel; no waffle batter available (dispenser removed) despite working waffle irons, eggs and sausage were clearly over cooked in the microwave and cold at 6:30 AM with none of the workers checking the food as they walked by it.

The staff were very friendly and they went well above and beyond to make it a great stay for our kids. The room was a good size and the price was fair. Will stay here again and will consider staying at other Comfort Inns and any of their affiliates.

Stay was good. The air conditioner/ heater was a little bit loud. I kept thinking someone was jack hammering out side the window. The shower floor creaked and I thought I was going to fall through the floor. They have no elevators so dragging luggage to our room was a challenge especially if you are a senior citizen. All the employees were so nice and helpful and the rooms and grounds were clean. I would stay again if the price was right.

Comfy bed, pretty clean, not very beat up and worn.Bummer there is no one to staff the desk especially since the door locks don’t work very well and you have to keep going back and getting someone to make another key. Breakfast ok, awful instant coffee.

Very old hotel and furniture and curtains look like they are from the 1950's. The bed was comfortable which is what counts when you are traveling on business and needing a good night's sleep like we were. My main complaint is there are no elevators and I didn't realize that when we booked a non refundable reservation. I cannot walk up stairs and it took a lot of back and forth conversation to finally get a room on the first floor. Everyone that works there is very nice and helpful.

Very easy access at I-15 exit 118, friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms and beds, and an excellent value. I've stayed here countless times and always been satisfied. I've stayed in over 100 Choice hotels and this is a great balance of cost and comfort.

Comfy bed, staff was courteous and attentive to my needs, room was cleaned well daily, although i had one night where other residents were overly loud in the hallway late at night, overall it was a pleasant week long stay, thank you and will return soon

I used to love to stay here until Sam and his manager tried to charge me a locals deposit ($250) because we stay there about once per month to shop as we live in a small town in Wyoming. They lied to a friend of mine who tried to surprise me and pay for my stay. Said it wasnt allowed. Which I later found out it was. Sam and his manager on duty who would not show their face are the worst kind of people in this industry. In addition they discriminated against my Autistic son. Who is just quiet, he's just very tall and Sam was super rude for no reason. My son didn't even say a word. He is high functioning and doesn't have a mean bone in his body. I love Choice hotels, maybe they should rethink having this particular one to represent the brand. It doesn't make Choice Hotels look good at all.
