Located just minutes away from Crosslake, Breezy Point, and Pequot Lakes, this property offers the perfect blend of seclusion and convenience. Quiet Hours – The use and enjoyment for all property owners is important to us. Please respect your neighbors, quiet hours are between 10:00 PM-8:00 AM. 2. Parking information – We all need to do our part to not impede emergency responder’s duties. Parking cannot restrict access by emergency vehicles or the traveling public, and cannot encroach neighboring properties. 3. Garbage – Help keep our area beautiful for all to enjoy. Garbage, refuse, or recycling must be stored completely enclosed within designated refuse containers. 4. Septic – Please help us protect our environment. If you observe raw septage leaking or seeping out of the ground contact us immediately 5. Protect our Lakes – Help us keep our lakes clean and free of Aquatic Invasive Species. Please review all AIS material provided prior to launching any watercraft. • Please keep ALL windows closed when the air conditioner and heating systems are on. Running the A/C with windows open will cause the unit to freeze up and stop working. • The thermostat should remain between 68 and 72 degrees and left on auto. • If you use the fire pit, keep all flames in the ring and make sure fire is out before the ring is left unattended. • No parties or events with more than 8 people permitted without prior authorization. • Please Please NO confetti. It's impossible to clean up. • If you move any furniture, do so carefully and return to original location before check out. • Pets are no longer allowed due to complaints of dog hair. We simply don't have time to clean the whole house to remove it all. • Please rinse/wipe/shake all sand off before entering the house, not in the showers. There is an outdoor hose for this. • Please turn OFF all lights and shut doors when not in use and when you leave the house. We want you to enjoy your stay here in Crosslake. Please be aware that these are the most common complaints to which our law enforcement agencies must respond. Following these simple courtesies will make your visit more enjoyable for everyone. Wonderful stay. We can’t wait to come back next summer! Two days was not long enough. Very generous to offer the pontoon. We enjoyed the calm beauty of the lake! Thank you to Judd as well.

With 6 adults, we had far more cabin than we technically needed, but appreciated the space. Very clean--no musty odors. The place had everything we needed (firewood, boat to rent onsite, modern appliances, wifi, etc). They seem very concerned about noise after 10pm, but we talked around the firepit after 10 without incident. Probably not best place for a wilder group. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful!!! This was a wonderful place to stay! Beautiful views, clean, relaxing, enough things to do around the area. Judd was very responsive and gave good tips/locations to eat. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cozy and beautiful! Quiet and cozy weekend for my hubby and me- loved sitting on the dock in the evening, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, warm fireplace, and gorgeous campfire! Super communicative and responsive host! Would stay again:)

Serenity We had the best time! So quiet and peaceful. Daily walks, kayak rides, paddle boat rides, nighttime fires at the firepit. Couldn't have asked for more. The home and property is beautiful.

great for large group Perfect set up for a group of 8. We could not have been happier wit our stay. Property was clean and welcoming, bed comfortable and kitchen well stocked. The view of the calm and beautiful lake was the best. Plenty of water toys for all. We had a quick storm with an outdoor table top that shatered when the wind lifted the umbrella. Judd was quick to respond to storm damage infomation and offered help if we needed it. I would definitely stay here again.

July Stay Enjoyed our stay and would definitely.stay again The cabin was clean, the kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked. The place was quiet and the lake was nice and clear. Caught fish off the dock as well on the lake. Used the pontoon, the kayaks, canoes and paddle board. Really enjoyed sitting out on the deck. There was plenty of firewood for bonfires. Couple of issues a broken recliner, low battery beeped in the fireplace the entire time we were there and the basement had a musty smell.
