Excellent stay! The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was particularly comfortable. The room was spacious, spotless, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel's location was perfect – close to all the major attractions and with easy access to public transportation. Highly recommend!

The White House Hotel offers a delightful stay with its clean and comfortable rooms, excellent amenities, and attentive staff. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for both leisure and business travelers. A special mention goes to Leena madam for her exceptional kindness and helpfulness, ensuring every guest feels at home.

Not a Resort. This is a hotel with sub par service. This place is not a resort to have outdoor activities. They don’t even have a garden. Wort for 2500 / Per Day. Don’t fool yourself and think this as resort. They don’t serve Alacarte menu at their restaurant. They don’t have internet, they said since it fully occupied internet is not working. They don’t have tv with cable connection. Since no internet we can’t use YouTube or any smart tv options. Only consider for stay and travel out for food and activities.

Hotels in Munnar are not located walking distance to anywhere. This was located quite remotely with a backdrop of the forest with gorgeous singing birds. Rooms nicely appointed and the restaurant served good Indian breakfast and dinner. Staff were very helpful and courteous. A little more general hospitality training would be helpful. I asked for a 2nd key and was not given it , my expectation is I should of got it. It was very inconvenient as my husband was not well and sleeping for the 2 nights we were there. Was charged for 2 mineral waters we collected at reception even though we did not get our daily top up as we did not have the room serviced due to husband not well. All in all, a decent hotel.

Worst experience ever in 30 years of traveling and staying in various hotels. The hotel owners, Mr Vinod and Mrs Leena are liars and racists, surprisingly admitted that they can't control and manage their rude and incapable staff, even when they saw Naveen in F&B talk rudely with customers in front of them. Several issues in the room, bad food prepared for dinner, extremely oily and very deep fried hard puris, sour idlis for breakfast, extra mineral water bottles charged at 200% of MRP which is against govt orders, and terrible approach road to the property. NOT AT ALL WORTH considering this property. The puris were so oily and hard like papad that the owners agreed that even they would not eat it but said nothing to Naveen who was busy shouting and misbehaving with the customers. That clearly shows that they are ONLY interested in cheating their customers and not in ensuring a good experience. Politeness and Positive Response from hotel staff makes for a great experience, but this hotel management doesn't care for customers, so they made no effort to rectify the issues or extend courtesy. Mr Vinod was busy blaming the Kerala labour unions and demeaning the local populace which is actually not the problem instead it is the bad attitude of Naveen and the owners who were shockingly racist in their excuses. There are way better places like Elephant Passage and The Panoramic Getaway, in the same budget, so don't waste your precious time and money in such a terrible place like this White house hotel with horrendous staff and racist owners. *********** should take this matter up seriously and blacklist this hotel else they will be supporting racists and cheats.
