Ayur Green is an amazing place. The staff was extremely professional, friendly with us, very smiling and attentive. This is out favourite place during our stay in Kerala. The tranquility and lush vegetation made us happy. Thanks for everything.

1. First of all i raised a complaint to your team no reply to that even after 36 hrs. 2. I booked room with big bed but room having small one and paid extra 900 for bed 3. No ac in room 4. There is no road to reach this hotel

Located at a nice place with great view, but had to ask the staff for every small thing like tooth paste and toilet accessories. All of that should be present without even asking. Overall service was good, food was great. Once asked all services were provided.

Room is smelling, we informed reception they spray room freshener but still not good food is not good, serve cold food in the breakfast and restaurant attendant behavior is not good. Front office and housekeeping staff are very polite

Ambience vise good. While booking this resort through make my trip our expectation was we will get the kind of cottages shown in resort photos. But we didn't get such kind of cottages as we got a common room only. This was little disappointed. And staff were cooperative. Food is little bit expensive.

Very bad experience from resort , and looting money for food,very costly ,also bad food. There is no management .. not clean bed sheets smells like old.. Attitude is horrible manager is like and far from munnar nothing special there

Hotel located 18km away from the city. It costs 600 rupees by auto to reach the hotel. Food items need to be improved. No outside hotels are available nearby. Except for the food and distance it was a nice experience to stay there very calmly.
