The Munnar Queen

The pool was chilly and relaxing. There were plenty of parking space And the staff was friendly. The view from the balcony was awesome.the resort was welcoming overall it is one of the best place to visit we have activity area gym massage station. It was one of the most memorable moments in my visit. I suggest u all to come here with your friends and family thankyou

Dear Team at The Queen Munnar, I have been visiting Munnar since 2011 and have had the opportunity to stay at various properties over the years. Having personally worked in the hospitality industry, I truly appreciate the effort and dedication that goes into delivering a great guest experience. I would like to share my feedback on our recent stay at The Queen Munnar, which was truly delightful, thanks to the exceptional hospitality provided by your team. I would like to extend my appreciation to Mr. Manoj at the reception, Mr. Abhimanyu in the restaurant, the staff member who assisted with our vehicle (whose name I, unfortunately, do not recall), and the lady who warmly welcomed us—each of them played a key role in enhancing our experience. This trip was particularly special as it was the first journey my wife and child were taking after my wife’s delivery. I was looking for a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Munnar, where we could enjoy quality time together, and your property provided exactly that. We stayed in an Executive Suite, which was spacious and well-equipped. The only suggestion I would make is to improve the lighting in the bathroom for added convenience. The property itself is beautifully designed across two levels, featuring a small gym, a game area, and a stunning rooftop pool. The viewpoint at the top was a highlight, offering a breathtaking experience, especially with the cool night breeze and serene sunrise. Overall, my wife and I found our stay to be comfortable and peaceful, making it an excellent choice for those who prefer a quiet, scenic retreat away from busy roads. The rooms were budget-friendly, and the buffet food was of good quality. Additionally, the availability of private spaces for candlelight dinners and small events adds to the charm of the property. We had a nice time there. While the property is not exactly in Munnar, it is not very far to reach Munnar by car. We were given the corner room at the top floor which nice balconies. The room was decently sized. We really like the view from terrace and the roof top swimming pool. Food was also good however we have seen much more extended breakfast options in other properties in the similar price range.
