The Panoramic Getaway

Its a great hotel and the rooms are good. The suite is very nice with a nice swing and balcony. We stayed with kids and they have swings and activity room to keep kids busy The food is also quite tasty and we likes everything we ordered. All staff was friendly and courteous. Best feature is thier temperature controlled pool. It was amazing to enter the pool even in nice mountain winds Would recommended it to everyone

We stayed here few years back. It's located 5-6 km away from main Munnar. The hotel is located at beautiful place. Property is very clean and well maintained. Rooms are beautifully decorated with mild fragrance of room freshner ,so soothing. Rooms are provided with balcony with seating where you can relax and have tea, coffee with unobstructed view of valley and mountain. Hotel is having temperature controlled roof top swimming pool. Apart from above one more swimming pool is there. The breakfast and food preperation have been amazing. As north Indians we hardly find our taste in most of Kerla but here you will like food as it's taste more inclined towards north. Overall I liked the place to relax and rejuvenate yourself. Highly recommended.

We were a family of 2 adults and 3 young children stayed in Room no 306/307 valley facing balcony rooms. Views from the rooms were stunning. Its a very well maintained property with spacious rooms which had all the amenities. Bathroom was nice, it however lacked pool. Sufficient parking space in adjacent plot. It has got 2 temperature controlled swimming pool, one at 1st floor and other at roof top which is an infinity one. Large children activity area and a small gymnasium for the hotel guests also on the 4th floor. Food is excellent. I am saying this because of the very tasty north Indian food which we had at dinner on both days of our stay. Breakfast buffet was lavish.. Staff is courteous and very helpful. Wll definitely recommend it.

Great view. Good food & a peace bringing experience. Really enjoyed here with my kid & husband. The staff is polite & helpful. Room was spacious & clean with a balcony that would provide spectacular sunset views. You can spot plants at every corner of the hotel ❤️

Definitely the best hotel to stay in Munnar Everything was perfect during our stay and we had the best Indian food there during our whole trip in Kerala. The infinity pool on the rooftop is stunning and you can enjoy some gorgeous sunsets there All the team was super nice and always ready to help with anything we might need. All the rooms have a view facing the valley which is also amazing. Highly recommend you to stay at The Panoramic Getaway when you visit Munnar!

massive big room (suite) had dining table and separate TV area with direct access to pool, stunning views from the room. Service was however a let down we ate in the italian restaurant ordered drinks which half came and half had to chased these were only soft canned drinks as is a no alcohol hotel. The starters arrived promptly and were delicious we only ordered 4 mains to share and 3 came out in reasonable time but everyone else had eaten and we were still waiting for one meal chased it up twice finally arrived we didn't want it. We complained to the server who told us that we should have informed them if we wanted to eat together! If they had informed us that certain meals would take longer we would have understood but to push blame on us was really poor service. The next morning we had no hot water in our shower my husband told front desk was told it would be fixed came back to find water still cold , stayed in room to show maintenance *** the problem of barely lukewarm water but he was telling my husband it was hot when it obviously wasn't they did finally fix it by the time we came back in the evening. Was a lovely hotel fantastic rooms, great views but the service was a real letdown .
