Food is good I will definitely recommend to all the Jain and Gujarati The staff is very curious and very polite epically at the reception I forgot the name other wise I would mentioned. The best part of this resort is this is pure veg resort and there are many Room option Food is best if you will booked Ap plan then you will get Unlimited buffet dinning which is very tasty and delicious The other best part is this property is now managing by Manas so we got the good service . Many rooms opting for family u must booked villa and cottage . Best resort in Igatpuri.

One of the worst experiences ever. The front desk can't manage anything. Call them multiple times and even the 5th time they will still ask what you want and in which room. When you complaint about the service, all you get is defensive arguments. While the RDM accepted that such issues should not happen, no solution was given. Calling HO booking helped nothing as well. Everything apart from the restaurant was filled with useless and incompetent people. There is a kirana store within the resort premises which charges double the mrp. Is it even legal? Special mention to Rajkumar in the restaurant - the only polite and competent person in the resort.

Best Peaceful and Mansooon gateway place to explore here with family The staff was very good of Restaurant area ,food was very good tasty and delicious, front office was very helpful best staycation place to visit ever we will visit again .
