The word rainforest on self identified about this resort is that the resort is very use and it is covered with a very good nature we came here with our family and we booked 3 rooms for senior citizens, The room was very clean and tidy, I really want to saying to the front office team who have taken care of our entire family and given us a ground floor room the food quality was very good, adventure sport was best being a senior citizen really enjoy a lot and the swimming pool was very cleaned it was one of the best ever if you are coming with family then please recommend this resort to everyone because the resort is pure veg hospitality it is 10/10. Note: no Vodafone network

In one word I can say this is family best resort because the resort is very use and a hospitality of the front office was very nice the food quality was very good we really enjoyed a stay and my kids really enjoyed the best day ever because they love the swimming pool the love the adventures and the love the games on area.

If you wish to experience terrible service and stay in rooms with a foul smell while paying a hefty amount, then this resort is the place. The staff, including Mr. Pandey, Mr. Rahul, and others, have no sense of how to treat guests. This has been the worst experience of my life. I had booked an executive room with a bathtub, but since the room was in poor condition, I downgraded to a lower-tariff room. However, I never received the refund of around ₹4000. The same issue happened with my brother-in-law and many others. Any service request takes hours to get a response, and in the end, you have to walk to the reception to follow up. There is no intercom facility—only a mobile number is provided, which they rarely answer. Their in-house store charges nearly double the MRP for everything. Please, please avoid this pathetic resort at all cost
