The worst experience. First of all the hospitality here is not great, I had booked a family room and double room for a night to celebrate my birthday and baby moon , sadly i was not allowed to use my cameras, they said i had to lay 200,000 tsh to do that, for crying out loud who does that to a person who is sleeping there,? They said only phone pictures are allowed but not camera!! Am still in shock up to this moment. Thanks for ruining my birthday. Also the water is super cold no heater, the ac has no remote control and would switch off in the middle of the night causing the room to be extremely hot. On top of it they were trimming the grasses while we checked in and it was so loud for the entire afternoon we couldn’t sleep because of the machine noise. Maintanance has to be done over the weekday not weekend when customers want to rest No toothpaste and toothbrush, one liter bottle of water for a family of four people

How fortunate that we should come across this place! It is absolutely perfect. Gorgeous view, lovely gardens, nice pools (one large one and a smaller one), and very good food in the restaurant. The staff are absolutely charming, helpful and friendly! We have used the camping site which is so well laid out with flat lawns, electricity, perfectly designed, newly refurbished bathrooms that are clean and with hot showers. The very friendly owner also showed us some of the rooms/huts - also gorgeous! Really cannot understand some of the poor reviews this place have had earlier. This is highly recommended and in our opinion it will surely be difficult to find anything better!
