It’s more spacious than the other 2-person bedroom we booked for our sons. It’s corner room. A bit pricier but it’s good for families with young kids. Love that the bathroom is at the other end of the room with extra exit space. Do visit the Titanic cafe - we went there bacause of good reviews. About 10 mins walk. A few shops before the Titanic cafe is a vintage-looking cafe/pub which serves cheap English breakfast offering free-flow hot drinks for and extra £1 plus. This opens on the dot at 8 am whereas the Titanic opens earlier.

Room has not have intercom to call on reception or services, parking charges apply after 9am which wasn’t clear when booking room, kettle was not working,no glass given for water, light was broken.

Enjoyable stay in a central location easy walking distance of all shops Parking is on the 9th level slow drive up, tight turns. Still had to pay for Wifi

Traffic noise was behond a joke, it was like sleeping in the middle of a roundabout! Noise from the ground floor gym, tired and dated fixtures, no usb and no bedside power sockets. Price was reasonable for the reasons mentioned above.

Very good experience overall. Staff members provided excellent assistance at all times, especially Laura and Alina who were very friendly and helpful. Clean room and a lovely location with shops and food just around the corner. Will surely love to come back here again. Great deal for the price.

Laura was very helpful, the hotel is in a nice location close to the station and couple miles from Stratford. Definitely recommend. The hotel is the town centre and there’s a variety of shops. A variety of restaurants and different cuisines

Friendly staff, all in all not bad for the price, it’s within touching distance of the underground and a mall with a few food places, Laura in particular was very helpful, directing me to reception and thankfully I was checked in early, thanks a lot!

Door not closed smoothly. A big noise was outside the room at night. No ID checking is necessary when checking in that may cause some security issues.

Really lovely stay and brilliant customer service. Room was lovely and bed was super comfortable. Really close to shops which was super handy. Special mention to Ashif & Tammy at the reception! Thank you for being so welcoming and helpful.

Tired hotel - can be noisy with gym next door and dual carriageway at front - 1 of 2 lifts out of order over a year - wi-fi hit & miss. Don`t usually write negative reviews but if there was a premier inn nearby I would certainly go there
