Well Palace Side

It was the best winter holiday we have ever had, we really can't understand the bad comments, everything was fine while we were staying and all the staff were very kind and the food was also very good. Moreover, our room was constantly cleaned. thanks well palace side !!

In fact, it was one of the best holidays we have ever had as a family. All the staff were very attentive. The food was delicious. The New Year's Eve gala was very nice. Service at lobby bar is the best ☺🙏 Thank you well palace for this perfect holiday, we will come back.

This is a wonderful hotel…. Maybe not 5 star…. But for the money… absolutely amazing!! The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and nothing was too much trouble!! There are too many wonderful staff to mention them all …. But I shall name a few that definitely went above and beyond! Berk… the Guest Relations guy was so friendly and did an amazing job… dealing with(what I will politely call) difficult guests!! Mhemet … the Food and Beverage manager… did everything he could to accommodate people’s preferences… and I watched on several occasions that he made people who had their birthdays and anniversaries… feel very special… with flowers, petals and even a cake!! The lovely girl on reception (whose name escapes me!! Sorry🤦‍♀️) was absolutely amazing… so friendly and accommodating!! I cannot wait to return to this wonderful hotel and shall be this year!!!

Perfect hotel, personal is so friendly and helpful, thank you to everyone for this beautiful holiday. It was better than I expected. Foods are soo good👍 Indoor pool is very warm and good. The weather is perfect👍 I would like to come back to well palace.

Stayed here for Christmas and new year what a disappointment food awful and always cold we didn't even eat in the hotel for the last 5 days of our holiday drinks terrible gala evening was a complete joke everyone who attended didn't eat the food as it was prepared in the gym and sent out cold the manager is rude and disrespectful clearly do not like English guests only looked after young girls ... we have been going away for Christmas and new year for 5 years and this was by far the worst experience we have ever had will definitely not be returning or recommending this shambles of a hotel!¡!!

Don't goo , hell hole , not a 5 star ,As for the staff, they were an absolute joke. I encountered a front desk employee who couldn’t be bothered to muster even a hint of friendliness. My questions were met with eye rolls and barely audible responses. It was clear that customer service was the last thing on their minds. When I raised concerns about my room and the food, I was met with indifference. They didn’t seem to care at all, and it felt like I was wasting their time by even bringing it up! Overall, this hotel was a huge letdown in every possible way. If you value your money, your time, and your sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place. I left feeling frustrated, disheartened, and completely ripped off. Never again! cold food , your given left overs , nothing fresh, gym equipment broken , Jacuzzi like a ice bath , don't go plead just save your money and find something else
