Otel is very good. İ like swimming pools, temperature is fine. Also in main restaurant food of different kinds. İf you have child you need to come to this hotel. Specially i want to thankful for Mustafa in fun club.................................. ....................................

Check in and rooms : When we arrived at this hotel we were checked in quickly and taken to our room which was lovely and spacious and nicely decorated and it does include a safe. ..We paid extra for a sea view. on opening the doors the following morning I was extremely disappointed as the view we had was overlooking the back of a load of shops. And the sea was ages away. When I sat down on the balcony chairs I couldn't even see the sea as the lights on the front of the balcony were right in my eye line. Very disappointing. Food and restaurants: For the first few days the food seemed nice enough. But we had a gutsful of it very quickly. Same things everyday just made to look different. Undercooked burgers at the snack bar. Food kiosks outdoor are not all manned so you need to wait for ages in blistering heat to wait for someone to come and serve you.. Messy tables in the snack bar everyday. It was well understaffed. If you wanted a drink to go with your meal you had to get it yourself in the end or go without one Staff Staff working here are very rude and they don't seem happy in their jobs at all. Countless times waiting at the bar only for another guest to walk up and get served first because of their nationality. There must have been a handful of families from the UK only. Pool and daytime activities: The activities were not the best throughout. Darts in the morning was a shambles most days . Some games in the pool children are not allowed to join in. They did have a foam party which was good. And also a big inflatable which was also fun. Although they leave the adults go first and not the kids . I don't feel that the animation team here have the best people skills either. They don't interact as much as they should. Pools and sunbeds. Pools are lovely and the slides. But if you want a decent sunbed here you need to be down at the pool by 7.45am everyday. Which is not ideal whilst trying to relax. Drinks around the pool are easy to get, as the two waiters on roller skates are amazing. They are the most friendly people working here. Would I stay there again.. absolutely NOT. This hotel is let down mainly by it's rude staff and guests. This hotel has the potential to be amazing but they need to make lots of changes to get it to that level. Starting with their staff and people skills.

It was a really pleasant trip, our experience was really nice, pool was really clean, rooms as well, staff was really nice and friendly, we had a few issues with the room and towels but they were resolved quickly and professionally, I would recommend.

Beautiful looking hotel especially of a night with the lights. Very clean hotel and WiFi throughout was great. On arrival recieved a friendly welcome and swift check in as late at night, bags took to room and told where could get food and drink. Got to room and despite checking in as family of four only 3 beds, however this was quickly rectified while we got food. Superior double room is really only for 3, our 12 year old had to sleep on a camp bed type bed which she didn't complain about but any older than 12 and would be too small. The room also didn't have enough storage for family of four so could only half unpack but managed this without too much hassle. Feel this is a tour operator issue (we booked thru jet 2) as the hotel website states they are room for 3 not 4. Double bed really comfy and nice pillows. Room was cleaned daily and change of towels. Booked land view and got view of the pool and could just see the sea which was good. The shower screen was clear with no door to the bathroom, it needs a privacy film added to the shower screen. We used a towel held onto door with a sun bed clip which worked OK. Food unfortunately was an issue. Both myself and my husband got food poisoning, managed on medication I took from uk. Can't work out exactly what it was but something wasn't good. The buffet resturant was also very repetitive, grilled turkey and salad became a go to meal although this may also have been due to not wanting to try too much because of the food poisoning. Stayed in lots of all inclusive and generally they have a different theme each night but this food was largely the same. Al a carte also not great. Entertainment was repetitive, evening was always dance show, day time same thing every day, was told there was a foam party once a week but we were there 9 nights and didn't see one. Drinks were good, lots of alcohol that did not appear watered down and had some international brands. Staff really friendly, only one negative experience with one bar man at the lobby bar mocking me in Turkish to other male Turkish guests while in the queue as he had put the wrong ingredients in a cocktail and I politely asked for a change. He did change it but continued mocking and laughing to those who spoke his language. Yusuf needs to be more respectful to female guests in my opinion. Had to set alarm for 7am for sunbeds. Overall a mixed experience, wouldn't go back but wasn't a complete disaster, thankfully the children didn't get upset stomachs from food.

This hotel has achieved the very rare feat of giving me food poisoning. Not once, but twice during my stay. Spent half the holiday in bed. The food when I did eat it was bland and unappealing, the rooms are fine apart from there is no privacy when you are in the shower. I really don’t have much more to say Please avoid

Check in...run very smoothly after a late check-in,very friendly staff who showed us our room and told us the all night restaurant is open in which we had food. Rooms...we had a family room of a double bed and a single bed, very spacious,fully stocked mini bar which is refilled daily, towels changed daily and room cleaned. Pool..I was setting 730 alarm to get down and set towels out which by that time beds were filling up although hotel states no towels before 745 nobody adheres to this rule,pool is huge plenty of activities through the day, including our favourite waterpolo and also twice a week a foam party. Waterpark...unfortunately this is why I havnt given this hotel a 5 star, understaffed and waiting for a accident to occur, people coming down slides headfirst 2 at a time sometimes 4 at a time with guards taking no notice . Restaurant...Great variety of food with loads of space. There are fridges everywhere with water in them which is a good idea,. Overall this is hotel is fantastic and don't let the Waterpark issue effect you booking this and hopefully it will be sorted out.
