My second time to stay ,over all I always like to come and have a relaxing stay at this hotel even if our house is just walking distance from the place.One thing I feel bad is the wifi connection,very very slow or shall I say it says "connected" but we were never connected with their wifi.Hope this will be better next time.

The first time I stayed in this hotel was fine but the last time was awful we had a leaky flooded sink yes clean crisp bedding But this hotel is too pricey just for that just a room - it is the only okay hotel in Iligan City which you have no choice

We got to check in immediately and whenever we have requests, they would see to it that it will be catered right away. The breakfast was also good and the personnel were approachable 🫶🏻 we had a great stay overall.

The hotel staff are polite and accommodating. The security personnel is really doing their job for safety. Supermarket and department stores are just part of the hotel building for easy access.

A go-to hotel when in Iligan. Location is 8/10. Along the highway, accessible to the mall (right outside the hotel lobby is the mall entrance) and relatively secured because it is within the premises of Robinsons Iligan. Value 6/10 Not squeaky clean. Room comfortability is so-so. Loud corridors. Thin walls. Bed is okay-comfortable! Toilet is compact. Small space. Front desk 7/10 Professional front desk. Friendly and approachable. Overall: If you can find another hotel/inn that offers good location, reasonable price and comfortable rooms- book there and not here instead.
