During my recent stay at J7 Hotel in Iloilo, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was not only nice but also impeccably clean, which immediately set a positive tone for my visit. One of the highlights of this hotel is its convenient location. It's situated within walking distance to SM City Iloilo mall, making it effortless to explore shopping and dining options without the hassle of transportation. Speaking of dining, the hotel is also easily accessible to a variety of restaurants, catering to different tastes and preferences. Moreover, the staff at J7 Hotel were notably helpful throughout my stay. From providing local recommendations to promptly attending to any inquiries, their hospitality truly enhanced my visit. In conclusion, J7 Hotel offers a comfortable stay with its clean rooms, convenient location near dining options and a major mall, and attentive staff. Nice location but too noisy at the hallway

Hotel was unassuming yet served its purpose. A/C was properly working, shower pressure was strong, TV also functional. I was able to boil some herbal tea in the provided electric kettle which I planned to store for further use. However, refrigerator wasn’t working. Walls were also thin and noise can be heard from the hallways. Apart from that, being a budget hotel, it was reasonable for a short stay.

They need to check if the linens are neat and clean and clean bed because it was itchy

No room towels, had to call from desk to get towels delivered. No free breakfast.

At checkin, we had to ask to exchange to the room we booked. Walls are thin, our room next to cleaning staff rest area. Very noisy. Late at night and early in the morning at 7am, they knocked on our door asking to “check water heater “. I told them nothing was wrong with it, but knocked again an hour later. It was very scary, as if they wanted to get into our room. Front desk apologized but did not have an explanation of why the water heater needed to be checked. Will not stay again.

The staff provided exceptional service during my 3-day and 2-night stay, however, the showers were not well maintained and were in need of cleaning.
