The ambience is so good and the staffs. Great service and Cleanliness

Room is big and the location is great, near restaurants and walking distance to SM mall.

The location is excellent for its price. Close to SM City Mall and La Plazuela. Walking distance. Room was comfortable. Service was good. First time at this hotel. Would book again.

A place has it all: KTV, restaurant, close to malls (walking distance) The room is spacious. Tips: If you light sleeper, arrange to keep from KTV rooms or the Annex. Overall : Good

Actually the room is clean but sadly there's cockroach i will not mention the room but i hope you can do something about it. We still had a very nice stay and the hotel staff's are great specially the guards thank you for always assisting us with getting taxi's. Thank you Iloilo and thank you district 21 see you again PUHON.

Great Location if planning to stay in Iloilo for a vacation or business related and other transactions. Near from Malls such as Gaisano ICC, SM City Iloilo and Atria. Accessible to public transportation and restaurants also. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel has elevator.

So far the hotel was good, except that when I called to replace my bedsheet as it had pen marks,the staff said they would replace it. However,they did not come to replace it. I waited the whole night until I fell asleep.

Location is good - accessible to and from the airport. Overall, it sports a boutique hotel vibes. The room size is standard and provided with the usual amenities - the interior decoration is minimalist, almost spartan. The linen is 4-star quality. The bathroom is above-average - spacious with good shower heads . The function room is well-lit and with good furniture.
