The EifelNatur holiday home is located in the idyllic volcanic Eifel town of Immerath, nestled between two marshes, the Immerather Maar and the Pulvermaar. The house is located on the outskirts surrounded by green meadows and trees. The large plot around the house with tall trees and seating in the green offers the ideal atmosphere to find peace and relaxation. Since the access road is a cul-de-sac without through traffic, the holiday property is also ideal for families with children who find plenty of space to play and run around. A mountain bike route passes in the immediate vicinity. The spacious apartment EifelNatur 2 "Weinfelder Maar" is on the first floor of the house. Due to the separate rear entrance, which allows direct access to the property and parking for your car, the apartment has the appearance of a ground floor location. The south-facing balcony and the terrace with charcoal grill and garden seating invite you to linger and enjoy. On the common terrace behind the house there is a table tennis table and a children's playground with a swing, slide and climbing frame as well as seating.
