Hotel city centreis one of the finest hotels established by the Government of Manipur - to provide the best food and stay facility to the visitors either on business or pleasure trip to the city. Until recently it was under the management of Department of Tourism, Government of Manipur. As a forward looking initiative, the State Government decided to hand over the maintenance and management of the hotel to the BABINA Group. Based on Public Private Partnership Model (trial), The horizontal layout of the hotel creates a spacious corridor and a sitting area behind the room or a balcony in each room from first floor onward. Telephone and geyser was not working, there is no hanger inside th cupboard, bedsheet, pillow and blank is very poor quality, very old etc

this hotel in my life very very dirty no hot water room are not clean on wall very dirty bead sheet also not good location is very poor no restaurant i really very bad experience booking i pay ₹ and here direct rate is₹ only then

Badly located. Food was ok. No restaurant service. Only room service. Water service also not available. Water was charged. Room cleaning done only once in the four day stay.

For me the food was good enough. They also do regular cleaning daily. Behaviour of the staff was very pleasant.

Room cleaning and bed sheet didn't do in my recent stays for 4 days. Staff's behaviour is good room is good. Bathroom should be cleaned more.

The hotel city centre is situated in main city area. Good experience while staying at this hotel. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean and good. Foods are a bit expensive but quality of food is good though quantity as per price is bit less.

Entry of the hotel is dirty, staff is not experienced always behave rudely. I didn't got the room i booked, they have given it to another guest. Initially they told cancel your booking i don't have any room left, but my free cancelation time was over that time. After lots of argument, i got the room which is worth 500 only, which i have paid 5100 for 3 days. Bathrooms are dirty and space constraints. Initially they give me a food menu (printed in normal a4 paper, cost for veg. Thali was 150 rs, i have ordered and taste was not good. During my checkout they told me i have to pay 300 for food, because i didn't had food from there all day. Again i got argument during checkout regarding food, finally they agreed for the price which was in the a4 printed paper. Totally waste of money and frustrated stay. Don't go there if you want a peaceful and hi-gene stay
