Location: The shuttle comes on the hour. We were running around for a solid 30 minutes looking for a taxi. I wish they had a sign.  Cleanliness  The hotel is good, but some places are sticky.  Service They have luggage storage, but it didn’t seem safe since they didn’t even tag it.  Facilities  The buffet was good. I liked the scrambled eggs.

I booked this hotel based on the many positive reviews I read. However, I was quite surprised by my experience. The hotel is clean, not too far from the airport, and offers a shuttle bus. The bed was very clean and comfortable. However, the biggest issue is the noise. The hotel is located right next to the runway, and every departing plane makes the room extremely noisy. Even with earplugs, sleeping was nearly impossible. Another issue was the towels. They felt low quality and didn’t seem very clean. The check-in process was also slow due to the large number of people arriving with the shuttle bus. Lastly, what shocked me the most was when I requested a late check-out. The reception manager, Mook, told me that if I left a positive review, he could arrange it. I didn’t expect to see this kind of practice still happening in Korea. This is completely unacceptable. If you need a quiet night’s sleep, I do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed 1 night for layover. The room is big and clean. The only thing is that only taxi is available if want to go to other area in yeongjongdo.

A great place to stay because it’s nearby the airport and a difficult place for the same reason. If you’re a light sleeper it’s hard because the glass isn’t soundproof and the planes take off every few minutes

Very clean.goof stay for a quick transfer. Would gladly stay again.

The staff was a little rude, they charge me for early check in and advice me in the dinner that slippers are not allowed there. The good thing is the shuttle bus from airport and nice room

Nice room, clean and quiet. We just stayed one night but that one night was very pleasant for us. I have to add shuttle bus from and to airport which make your trip so much easier.

Rooms are clean staffs are nice. Generally good. However the shuttle bus frequency is a problem. It took me around an hour to get there by airport free bus from terminal one. It is way further than I thought. As a airport hotel I think the hotel should Increase bus frequency

Really far from Incheon T1. Thankfully uber price was reasonable and the transfer from T1 was quick. Arrived at 11pm hence there wasn’t the free hotel shuttle. They have a convenience store at the hotel lobby which was good. Was quiet despite being close to the airport. They provide earplugs at the front desk if you require them.

After a long flight, it was difficult for me to use the hotel shuttle service. I needed to reach the hotel quickly to rest, and carrying multiple bags made it even more challenging. To make matters worse, the taxi fares were extremely expensive. If you arrive at Terminal 2, the taxi fare to the hotel is 10,000 KRW.(5-10 min trip with fixed price????) If you arrive at Terminal 1, it costs 20,000 KRW, and if you eventually need to make a round trip between terminals, you may end up paying an additional 40,000 KRW. If you are arriving at Terminal 1 and do not plan to use the shuttle service, I would not recommend staying at this hotel, especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Very convenient location wise, good food after a long travel and helpful staff. Can’t ask for more.

The hotel is very nice in terms of service and cleanness. It has a nice view of T2 runway and a convenient store is in the lobby. The only issue is the slow WiFi, which caused so much delay for my work during the stay.

Excellent stay . Room very clean , bed very comfortable and shower very please . Highly recommended and the service very good and the shuttle bus service very convenient .

Close to Incheon airport, with a shuttle service almost every hour to the airport, a convenience store on location. A general good impression but might not suit everyone as the hotel is very close to the runways, and might get a bit noisy during peak departure hours.
