Easily among the resort hotels in Korea. In house Casino, means it can afford ti upkeep lots of amenities. Most comfortable bed in all my Korean hotel stays

The hotel facilities are amazing, but a bit pricey for being in the middle of nowhere. The room was also not as great as I expected for the price. Be aware that the indoor pool you get access to is NOT Cimer. It's a separate venue, but you do get a 30% discount there. The breakfast buffet was also mid considering the price. I enjoyed the Grand Hyatt's a lot more, though the Grand Hyatt was worse in everything else.

Good place for kids play! But the hotel room is not so fancy at all!

We had a memorable stay at Paradise City. The hotel is superb. glad that we are staying at Paradise City during the heavy snowfall as they have everything from food to entertainment all under one roof. My kids love the swimming pool very much. The free shuttle to airport is a plus point too :)

Overall is great but not very foreign friendly as staff are not good in English.

I made a reservation and paid before going on the trip. When I arrived at the hotel that day, they told me that I didn't have a reservation. I was very angry.

Like this beautiful hotel and the environment. Away from the city, very close to Incheon airport can travel by hotel's free shuttle bus to the airport. The room is spacious, like the mini bar which provides a variety of beverages. We will come back for Cimer which is very relaxing to spend our time there. Will definitely come back again.

Everything good, but a bit noisy. Baby cot bed not very clean. Is a best choice for those want transit or early flight. Kids zone very clean, my kids love it.

Room is spacious and comfy. There are restaurants around and different amenities to spend the whole day at Paradise City. Recommend to go to Cimer for a relaxing day before or after flying.

We spent the most relaxing, entertaining, super fun family vacation ever. Everything is just perfect.

We were very happy with our stay. The swimming pool is stunning. Room was big enough and the staff are super friendly. You must check out their swimming pool! The only downside is that it’s hard to find the location of the shuttle bus stop and they located far away from Seoul central - basically you need around 1-1.5 hours to go to Seoul central.

Good place to relax and very near Incheon airport with free shuttle bus every half an hour intervals. Self contain hotel with casino, theme park, shops and restaurants. Food court serves delicious food. Buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. Staff was attentive. Room was very clean to every detail. Had a very good rest especially after a red eye flight. Enjoyed my stay very much.

Amazing hotel, room sizes are huge and facilities are clean and new. The kids club is great for young kids and there are lots of dining options. We'll love to return to this hotel again in future

Good hotel to have an hotel holiday. Some staff are professional and helpful, some are just difficult and neglectful. The check out process and the swimming pool were terrible. Check out-could not get any support I needed to meet the airport bus&airplane time so I gave up. Swimming pool- water dirty with hairs, dusts and residue. The attendant was intrusive. Experiencing the world, I wonder. Am I Florence Nightingale having to educate the unseemly population of the world on hygiene, ethical practices and living standard?
