This hotel is the best choice for families for early departure flights. Airport shuttle bus arrives every 30 minutes to hotel was great. Airport view room has spectacular view. Paradise city is in 100 meter distance and children liked it. Hotel prepared complimentary ride for kid because of the holiday and it was fun for kids. We ordered extra bed in advance but it was not in arrival. Staff said it was on waiting list and due to busy weekend it didn't happen. We ordered extra futon and made bed for my son ourselves on the floor.

Good size guest room, convenient shuttle bus service to the airport. No tooth brush/need to buy.

Fantastic hotel filled with many helpful staff throughout our stay. There is also a free airport shuttle bus that comes every 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Room was spacious with an arm chair. 5 mins away from Incheon Airports which is very convenient for early flights. Very far from town though.

The location is great if you are going to the Incheon airport the next day. Just next to Paradise city which is also very conveient for food and entertainment, ovrerall a good location.

Fantastic location for airport hotel… Top class service and outstanding staff… Great gym and spa facilities.. Fast and quick checkin and checkout… Great breakfast and just right … Senior management presence.. Overall hotel is run like normal top class fit … Public area neat and clean… Shuttle service from to airport convenient.. I am sure going to come back to bad only one night zzzzz

Had to book this place for one night at the eleventh hour due to a change in flight. The hospitality and the room is beyond my expectations. Shuttle bus in on time and super convenient as it is only 10mins away (Terminal 1) Will definetly come back.

A very big hotel near the Terminal 1. We were arriving from Seoul by A'Rex train and had some difficulty to locate a shuttle bus (the hotel did not respond to our question before). Just in case - go to the arrivals, Exit 3 and then cross the street and turn left - you will see several stop for the shuttle service, look for the Grand Hyatt sign. The restaurant is quite expensive (both buffet and a la carte), but there is no other choice around.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff called Jack Kim. Close to airport with free shuttle bus. Suitable for those who want to catch the early flight!

It has a spacious room and comfortable bed. Convenient and easy to transfer between the hotel and the airport.

The service isn’t bad but there’s certainly room for improvement on delivering stuff and the requirement of wearing swim caps at the pool. They could hire more bellman for the airport hotel and there is certainly more that they can do in improving communications. Weekends are very busy.
