Just a short 5 minute, 2.5 block walk to downtown with Crabby Bill's, Splash Harbour Waterpark and all the other coffee shops, restaurants and bars. What We Provide: The unit is fully furnished with all the appliances and utensils we believe are necessary for daily living. It also includes bedspreads, linens, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels. For your convenience, initial set-up/starter supplies, such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, and some toiletries are supplied. Note that our vacation rental properties are “self-catering” accommodations and the “starter supply” is intended to help you get started and not intended to last your entire stay. We do not supply more than the initial supply to the property, and depending on useable/length of stay, you may need to purchase some additional supplies. Neighborhood & Noise: Our property is located in a building with 3 individual units, as well as neighboring buildings, sidewalk and road (Gulf Blvd) close by. We are also a pet-friendly property. While most guests find the setting peaceful, you may occasionally see or hear neighbors, their pets, or other everyday activity during your stay. Cleaning: A departure housekeeping fee is included in your rental payment, and the unit will be cleaned after your departure. Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs: We will notify you if your unit is ready before our standard 4 PM check-in time. If you would like a guaranteed early check-in, you will need to rent an additional night.
