Beachy Paradise

Good find! Our regular annual IRB rental unavailable due to storm damage. Mark’s place was a lucky find. Excellent proximity to the beach - including the pedestrian crosswalk - as well as restaurants. The house was freshly renovated and spotless. A great place for a couple plus one!

Clean - 300 steps from the beach Very clean -nice pickle ball courts across the road if you play - quiet neighborhood with people walking every morning- when you walk back from the beach a shower (and foot shower) in the back patio before you enter the side door is a nice touch - washer and dryer in the back building- very clean with A/C heater units in each so you can control your sleeping temperature- very were very quiet and efficient- definitely will stay again

Sweet little cottage We have stayed here several times and love its location and how quaint it is. You have to use your imagination a little bit but everything you need is there!

Perfect paradise We really enjoyed our stay and thought the property was very cute and and in a great location!

So close to the beach and what a charming home To begin with, I really believe the best part is the three minute; three block walk to the beach. Love that the house has an outdoor shower and foot wash for when you get back from the beach. This house has everything you need and everything inside is remodeled, updated in brand new. If you are traveling with children, there is a cute little park adjacent to the house. Loved the accessibility to a washer and dryer, even though it was outside in the shed. It was great to have that amenity. There is a plenty of outdoor space and seating. I liked having a driveway to park my car. We didn’t have any problems with check-in or communicating with the rental company. I would definitely come back and rent this adorable beach cottage.

Great location The house is in a great location steps from the beach access, restaurants in walking distance. A park across the street in a very nice and secure neighborhood. The area is quiet and beach is not overly crowded. The house is small but tidy and quaint. Older with minimal luxury but nicely remodeled, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood very quiet and peaceful. Great outdoor area too. Very much enjoyed this place.
