There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. ACCESSIBILITY: There are 3 small steps leading into the building with no ramp, but there is an elevator to the 2nd floor. We have a private parking space for the condo directly in front of the entrance, with visitor parking just around the corner. ABOUT OUR BEACH: Our beaches are best known for their bright, fluffy sand. Whether you're looking to relax on a towel, go for a scenic jog or stroll, use your fishing poll, or build a sand castle with the kids, this is a top rated beach. Indian Rocks Beach is quieter than other surrounding beaches, with still just as much to offer. There are dozens of restaurants, bars, and cafe's within walking distance, and many shops and mini golf/activities along Gulf Boulevard. You can also take the Beach trolley to Saint Petersburg Beach or Clearwater Beach...!
