The kitchen is spacious, has plenty of room to prepare dinner for the family or friends, no need to bring pots and pans they are provided along with a coffee maker, G.F. Grill, blender, and all the utensils you need. Don't forget about the finished basement also called the Office, has two full Futons, a desk and chair, FireStick t.v, washer and dryer. About this spaceKeep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located comfort palace. Great parking, including offstreet, parking pad and secure parking pad. Style exudes from every room and comfort is key. Brand new fenced in backyard for your dog run. Close to most everything downtown, grocery store, public parks, and especially the Monon trail. The Monon trail is a roller coaster as far as the city amenities go. Walk or bike to downtown or go north all the way to Carmel/Westfield on the Monon trail. Leashed pets are allowed on the Monon trail and welcome here.The spaceThis is a thoughtfully laid out three bedroom, duplex house. All the sleeping quarters are upstairs as is the full bath. Ample parking in the rear lot as well as a nice place to walk your dog but regrettably not fenced.This is a quiet street. That seems a little crowded because parking is only allowed on one side of the street. Again, another reason to be glad for ample parking in the rear. If you’re familiar with the show Buying Back the Block with comedian, Mike Epps and his wife Kyra on HGTV, this is that neighborhoodAll beds are queen and very comfortable. Thoughtful touches from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, etc. will be in place.
