I stayed for 2 days. I left my packed birthday cake, candles, and knife in the freezer by mistake. Within 2 hours after checkout, I called the hotel to inform them. Later, I was told the cake was lying outside so they threw it in the trash. This is not true, as I personally kept it in the freezer. Very careless and unprofessional to dispose of a guest’s belongings without confirming. Disappointed with this experience. IfHad they accepted the mistake, I could understand. But lying to cover up was unprofessional and disappointing.

When we entered, room was semi clean, had pungent smell, an underwear was on window grill. No toiletry provided. Bucket was present but no mug. Food was average and quiet expensive. Staff response is really slow, for any particular thing, we need to call them 4-5 times.

location is best. right on the highway. I always use this property for night halt on my way from Pune to further MP.
value for money. Food quality is good.

Staff was not cooperative as i asked staff to adjust my breakfast bill to the day of my check in but they denied abruptly

Stayed for thee days. Room was spacious, however they need to work on cleanliness. Its on highway and hence its usefull for travelers however its faraway from city center.

Hotel food is good but rooms are not that much mentained also not get proper hot water at the time bath, room is very cold without ac so unable to sleep properly. Need to change towels it's looking old. Also swimming pool is nice but water is just like refrigerator unable to swim properly

There should be a service if something there on bedsheet and by any mistake it got dirty and it is washable to hotel services should be there. just to go and sleep ? there should be hotel service. Where hotel should be responsible for this by own rather than taking extra charges

Room hygiene was bad. Towels and bedsheets were having bad smell. Food was good hotel location is good. Hotel staff not very co-operative
