The Park Indore

Very unethical hotel . They will cancel your booking without telling you at the nth hour . This is actually not expected from a brand like this but my experience has been tereible . I had booked the hotel two months the ago . On the day i had to check in because there was a concert near to their location they register to honor their booking as they wanted to sell their rooms at a much much higher rate .

Shubham was very good he cleaned everything nicely nice service the service overall was pretty nice and comfortable..

I had initial challenges with the bookings as I had to speak to 3 different people before they confirm the bookings made through Make My Trip. I had tried booking Cabs for my local travels and in spite of calling and reminding them, it took an escalation for them to confirm the booking details. The Checking In process and room allocation were very good, though the Door Key has to be "Recharged" multiple times. The Restaurant and the staff there were very good and choice of food and quality of food were really good. The Car and the Driver allocated (Niraj) were very good and definitely recommend Niraj to anyone, who wishes to hire cabs from The Park (Please note that the rates are 2 1/2 times more than market. I booked it for convenience) My Major issue was on Saturday June 14, 2025. They have Aqua Bar, which is right below the Room. They were playing LOUD MUSIC, and the Closed Roof, makes the sound unbearable. I had specifically called and requested them to reduce the volume. Got a call from the reception after 45 minutes of my request (9.45PM) suggesting that they can't reduce the Volume and the music will go on till 11:30 PM. They did offer me another room which is on the other side and probably less noisy. It was too late in the night and was not in a position to accept the offer and requested them to see, whether they can reduce the volume. The Manager, flatly refused and said, he is doing me a favour by offering an alternate room. This is NOT DONE. The Management has to seriously look at whether they want to sacrifice the comforts of their customer for a few, who are visiting the bar. I can safely say that NO ONE would have objected, if they reduced the volume by Half, unless The PARK wanted the entire INDORE to listen to their music.

Hospitality was good and rooms is also very comfortable, management is also very favorable and helpful rather than breakfast need to improve other than all thing is good no need to change anything else .....lunch is also good at that time.. thankss

Comfortable stay and a good hospitality. The staff has been cooperative throughout. Would highly recommend. Breakfast and in-room dining quality ***** with the Breakfast is also very good and delicious. The service was quick and efficient.

Very comfortable stay. Good staff support and some great food. All in all the hospitality of Park ensured I was ready for my busy day ahead. 2 Nights stay was Vow. I shall recommend the Park for all business traveller's looking for proximity to clients + comfortable stay
