Adlers Hotel Innsbruck recensioner

Very strategic location with great mountain view of the alps. Just 5mins walking distance from the train station and the bus (to airport). Big shopping mall will park nearby. Not far from city center (approx 10-15mins walk). Super friendly receptionist especially Fabian. Thumbs up to him as his amazing hospitality enhanced our experience in Innsbruck.

Perfect stay, big stay good location! I got upgraded to higher floor and I was lucky to see the Alps from the room. Must try the breakfast at the rooftop restaurant as the views are amazing.

Very nice view! Just next to train station! Close to town! Staff very friendly! Very Clean in room! Comfortable bed ! Very good bar in the rooftop!

Fantastic breakfast

The hotel is in a great location with easy parking and a bus stop in the back.The service in the lobby is very good and you can get detailed tour guides.And most importantly!The view outside the window is pleasant.

Good locations you can easily get in after go out from OBB, but the hotel conditions aren’t good.

Hotel view was awesome but when I requested for items the staff said that he wasn’t able to deliver as he was the only one at the counter. Other than that ‘c hotel was ok.

Incredible panoramic view from the 10th floor. Location was close to all the key sights.

The bathtub water spills out. The moisture/lotion bottle was empty, the electric kettle had leftover water from before and stinking a bit. I would expect slightly better on those terms. Otherwise room was amazing! Beautiful views, great bar and restaurant.

Considering the beautiful view you get from your room, it's worth the buck. However, don't expect you are staying in a 5 start hotel with 5 star service.

Clean, friendly, location, fair bf

The location is very near HBF, it’s new, clean and with the great view. The room sound proofing (with next door) wasn’t great. But I was not happy is the service, I booked and prepaid online a few days before checking in. And when we checked in on the day, the front desk told me the payment from travel agent was failed and asked me for full payment in Euro. I was disappointed but still paying again due to late check in hour, and reported to Trip customer service online later. Trip customer service was responsive, and clarified it was the mistake on the hotel side in a moment later. The hotel refunded the payment in the next day, but i have paid twice currency exchange (paid and refund) of credit card charges from bank for the mistake made by the hotel, and they should have time to sort it out with the agent, not to the guest on the arrival day.

The view is breathtaking! No hotels here offers such panoramic view of the town and its mountains. Right next to the central station and bus terminal. Walkable to old town and also shopping mall at the back. We also walked to the Congress station to go up the mountains. Many eateries around.. for Muslim travellers, many halal options too. Breakfast at the hotel was so-so. Room is clean and modern. Hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. Best hotel and well recommended!

Our stay at Adlers Hotel was perhaps the most memorable one during our trip in Europe thus far. The location was just a short walk from the Innsbruck Main Train Station. It's conveniently located around local attracti9ns; we travelled around by tram and by foot. However, nothing bests the view from our rooms, which are facing Nordkette (Germany side). We woke up two mornings with different breathtaking views (there were cloudy mornings, with the mountains hiding behind the clouds at different heights, and the night views of the mountains were equally mesmerising. And, I must also mention that the breakfast spread was fabulous; the selection was wide. And, of course, the view from the restaurant is also fantastic, where one can Without doubt, Adlers Hotel is highly recommended.
