Hotel Sailer recensioner

Very centrally located with access to all required amenities. They offer a city card which proves quite useful. The staff is responsive and nice. Would highly recommend.

Room is clean and comfortable.. Large tv in room.. Window facing the alps.. Not far from the main train station. Walking distance to shopping area.

Clean and big rooms, with a side view of the Austrian Alps. Slight walk from the old town, but we chose it for its close proximity to the train station. Very helpful receptionist! Fantastic restaurant with a great variety of Austrian dishes too.

The hotel is two blocks away from the train station. A further 10 minutes walk into the main square of the town center. Lots of shops and eateries around. Staff are super friendly and helped to explain the ins and outs of the area and Innsbruck, got us the Innsbruck card, and so on.

Very basic hotel at good location. The lift doesn't seem to work very well. At times, only 3 persons can be in the lift. But this is not a major issue with the hotel. Overall, a good stay.

Walking distance to old town and train station. Wifi is great and room and toilet is big.

Above average room with a comfy bed, the staff was kind and helpful and I appreciated them.

For the price, the service could have been better. Bed was uncomfortable, lots of noise in the hallway. Location is close to the train station which is good. But not the nicest street and lots of construction going on. It was clean, but carpets are somewhat dated.

Great hotel, loved the authentic Austrian decor. Friendly staff. Just very expensive meals and breakfast at the hotel restaurant

Very nice hotel. I love the elevator a lot because you can see the mountain covered with snow as you go up!
