The hotel itself was luxurious, with beautifully designed interiors and a high-end feel. The location was average—not too far, but not very convenient either. Service was a bit mixed. One staff member wasn’t very welcoming, which left a poor first impression. However, another staff member was fantastic and went out of their way to help us book a taxi when we were running late for our train trip—truly a lifesaver! The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious options that added to the overall experience. Despite some minor hiccups, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It’s located quite central, walking distance to tourists spots.

We travel to Innsbruck at least one a year and this is our go-to spot—the location is amazing (close to everything, but not noisy), included breakfast is great, staff are friendly and helpful. Our favorite feature is having access to the excellent Base 5 gym that's right next door to the property, a great complement to the hotel pool & sauna! We'll be back, frequently.

4pm check-in and 11am check-out is ridiculous. Rude receptionist, even after we showed her the confirmation that check-in time was confirmed at 3pm, she refused to acknowledge it and said that they changed the hotel policy recently and that is not her problem, we should contact our travel agent. I asked her to check whether the room might be ready, but she refused. Overall the experience was not pleasant and the room was dusty. For the price, there is better options.

Generally speaking, a decent w hotel, with very friendly staff that is willing to help. On the negative side, the hotel is literały located on the university campus- which results in a lot of noise especially in the evening. Next door to the hotel is a popular pub where students are parting every day into wee hours. Lots of laud conversations especially after the drinking. My room was facing the pub and even though I was on the 3rd floor , I couldn’t sleep without earplugs. Another thing to know is that a steakhouse is attached to the restaurant - nice place but rather expensive. 12 to 15 min walk to the train station. Numerous bars and pubs in the immediate area, typically crowded in the evening, and people drinking along the side walk that is narrow.

Hotel right next to a University. Old town within walking distance. Has a small indoor dipping pool at the roof top terrace.

Very welcoming. Nice View from the balcony. In the center of the city. Nice Spa area on the top floor

Grauer Baer is a terrific hotel in a perfect location in the center of Innsbruck. The staff are kind and the facilities are perfect.

離黃金屋頂和北鏈山大概5分鐘距離。不過離車站稍遠有15分鐘左右距離 酒店整體不錯，早飯不過不失。該有的都有。麪包，炒蛋，三文魚，培根，切片火腿，但也沒什麼特色菜。 房間有燒水壺，沒有usb充電插座。沒拍酒店內部的圖。放幾個北鏈山的吧

Habe die Bewertung mit 'gut' betitelt, weil ich einfach nur sehr wenige Dienstleistungen geniessen konnte. Das Hotel war wirklich einzig für die Übernachtung da. :-) Die Lage so zentral war genial, sauber und freundlicher Service, Ausstattung für meinen Bedarf sehr gut. Hervorheben möchte ich, dass meine Nachfrage betreffend Parkmöglichkeiten sehr rasch und gut beschrieben erhalten habe. PS: Habe bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht. :-)

Wir waren zwei Nächte in dem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück sehr vielfältig und lecker, die Ausstattung (mit Pool, Sauna, usw.) ist sehr gut. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und trotzdem nicht weit weg von den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Mit dem Check out um 11:00 Uhr ist natürlich sehr schön und man kann dann noch den Pool genießen - das war mega!

Hotel com instalações muito bonita, o quarto 517 que ficamos tem um espaço muito bom para um casal, banheiro que atende todas as expectativas. Ótimo café da manhã, staff muito educado e eficiente. Hotel é bem localizado e fica a poucos minutos de caminhada das principais atrações e restaurantes!
