We love the room! Perfect stay in Innsbruck, love it Can spot the mountain from the window. front desk staff was very friendly and nice, room was very clean and big, we enjoy the stay very much

It was a great stay at great location, next to Innsbruck airport. Bus station is just outside the airport with direct connectivity to all touristic areas

car park space enough, breakfast many choices, room clean and tidy, need to pay tax when check in

Very nice stay only a short walk from Innsbruck airport. Excellent food at a reasonable price. Rooms are modern and clean, staff were very friendly throughout our stay. Nice breakfast. The only downside was that we could not get the air conditioning to work and we had to have the windows open over night as the rooms were too hot, it’s noisy as close to the road but would definitely stay again.

Vey good service. The front desk was very helpful and informative. Location a bit out the way but not an issue if you have a car.

Very handy to walk to airport, welcoming staff and restaurant works well for one night, but very limited veggie options

All was great. The only thing that was bothering was the light in the bathroom that came through to the bedroom.

We have stayed at this hotel before, a few years ago. The welcome by the friendly staff was very good and helpful. The facilities at the hotel that were on offer were very good and the evening meal and breakfast was very good especially the choice for the breakfast buffet. The hotel was very convenient for the airport and only a 20 minute walk into Innsbruck and also a good bus service if preferred.

Mit dem Penz West kann man eigentlich nichts falsch machen. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas abseits, aber nur wenige Meter von einer Bushaltestelle entfernt. Die Benutzung des ÖPNV ist für Gäste kostenlos, selbiges gilt für den hoteleigenen Parkplatz. Zimmer und Service entsprechen dem, was man von einem Viersternhotel erwarten würde, das Frühstück ist sogar ein echtes Highlight.

공항과 가까운 위치로 인하여 항공을 이용하는 고객이 편리할 수 있음. 기본적인 방과 조식으로 구성되어 있음. 아이 2명과 함께 체크인할 때 아이들에 대한 도시세를 징수하려고 하여 이의를 제기하였더니, (나이가 있어 보이는 여자 직원이) '시스템에 어른 4명으로 입력이 되어 있기 때문에 도시세를 받아야 한다'라고 주장하였음. 그러나 호텔 시스템에는 '아이들의 연령이 몇 살인지'가 적혀 있었음. 시스템 입력은 고객이 하는 것이 아니고, 호텔과 여행사(3rd party)가 진행하는 것임. 그 여자 직원에게 '도대체 이렇게 받아간 도시세는 누가 가지고 가는 것인지'를 물었고(직원은 답변하지 못함), 아이 2명에 대한 도시세를 징수해 가는 이유를 납득하지 못하여 도저히 도시세를 낼 수 없었음. 도시세 합계 6유로 지불 문제 때문에 매우매우 불쾌한(그 여자 직원은 계속 나의 말을 끊고, 손가락으로 no, no 표시를 하면서 매우 무례하였음) 30분 간의 논쟁을 경험하였음. 결국 그 논쟁 끝에 아이 2명에 대한 도시세를 지불하지 않았지만, 그 직원은 나에게 '앞으로 예약을 할 때 정확하게 해라'라고 말하여 극도로 화가 났음. 시스템 입력은 호텔이나 여행사 측에서 하는 것이지 고객이 하는 것이 아닌 것을 너희들(호텔측)이 더 잘 알텐데, 내게 자신의 화와 분노를 표출하는 것인지 황당하고 어이가 없었음. 이 불쾌한 경험을 마칠 때까지 그 여자 직원은 단 한마디의 사과 표현도 없었음. 호텔측은 지금까지도 어떠한 유감이나 사과의 표시가 없음. 앞으로도 사과를 받을 것이라는 기대도 이제는 하지 않음. 길거리에서 자더라도 다시는 방문할 의향이 절대로 없음.

Es war alles ausgezeichnet. Der Besuch bei meinem Vater wurde durch das Hotel aufgewertet.

Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto. Fermata bus per il centro a 50 Mt, comodissima ubicazione poiché si raggiunge il centro città in 5 minuti.Personale disponibile e sempre pronto a dare informazioni. Camere semplici e confortevoli.
