Not good choice, bed quality is poor, sofa even worse, air in room not work properly; staff try to help however no result till midnight…

Good stay, were there for a game in the Tivoli Stadion and for that it was perfect as it is only over the street near the stadion

Very soft poor pillows with no kettle in the room nothing at all poor breakfast 15€ parking no one to help with the bags

Gutes und saubrres Hotel. Lage an einer sehr stark befahrenen Strasse und 20 Euro pro Nacht für den Einstellhallenplatz fand ich zuviel.

Hôtel hors du centre, apparentent au groupe Hilton et encore en TRAVAUX, demandes des SUPPLÉMENTS à l'arrivé et PARKING PAYANT à 20€ la nuit. Faite bien le calcule !!! J'ai réservé une chambre sur Trip.com, mais l’hôtel a annulé la réservation quelques heures après alors que j’étais en transit et au prétexte qu'il n'avait plus le type de chambre demandé disponible (chambre de base pour 2 personnes). M'en apercevant au dernier moment (à l'arrivé en fait) je me suis retrouvé sans pied a terre. J'ai donc demandé des explications à l’accueille qui m'a donné la raison précédente. Hors, l’hôtel était visiblement loin d’être plein ce soir là. Et ces chambres étaient disponible, mais a un prix supérieur de 40€ en payant pour un personne supplémentaire, et sans petit déjeuner (supplément de 20€/personne). En résumé, chambres très/trop chère pour être loin du centre, trop de suppléments à payer, loin du standing qu'on est en droit d'attendre de ce type d’hôtel. Ils annulent les réservations et ne respectent pas leurs partenaires : agence de voyage et encore moins les clients Mon conseil : aller voir ailleurs.

請去因斯布魯克的遊客們避雷這家酒店，當初看這家酒店裝潢新選的這家，結果進房間打開馬桶看到圖片這一幕，住過那麼多酒店從來沒遇到過馬桶沒打掃乾淨的，前台給的答覆是保潔下班了，她們作為前台不負責打掃，衹能換了一間樓層低的屋子。給了我經理聯繫我方式讓我自己去投訴。酒店的解決辦法令人非常無語。完全配不上三星級酒店！

差評！差評！訂了房間，到店確查不到單子，凌晨一點還要查到單子才能住。最後沒住，攜程還要提供證據，遲遲不退款，酒店和攜程一個德性，互相踢皮球。垃圾

Posizione lontana dal centro, ma raggiungibile a piedi con una ventina di minuti. Personale cordiale e gentile. Ottima la pulizia.

We had a very decent stay at the hotel, no problems really to mention. Review based on a one night stay in June (background of spending 80+ nights per year in different hotels around the globe). Location: Immediate neighborhood is a mix of residential buildings and the big Tivoli sports/event area. Bus to the city center took roughly 15 minutes, the nearest bus stop is easy to reach from the hotel. With car the hotel is quite nicely reachable from the Highway E45. Room: We had a junior suite at the 6th floor. The room was nice, spacious. The main unique feature was the outer wall that had something like 25 degree angle, don’t remember ever seeing that in a hotel room before! There was a renovation ongoing in the hotel and it has to be said that some parts of the hotel surely need it, for example there were some clear signs of usage in the room. Having said that, the renovation did not bother us at all as such. So there was not really additional noise etc caused by it. Etc: Check-in & out was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, not the biggest variety I’ve seen but certainly enough to the day started. And the views from the breakfast room were some of the best ever encountered. Would I return there? Yes I would, especially after the renovation is completed

DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL - Staff don't care - no heating or hot water in property on our stay - Freezing cold rooms - no cots provided even know promised - in end received one which looked like it was out of the skip Left property earlier as was not suitable Staff - Management issues some Staff upset on how Management don't care - was told by staff they can't be bothered - big issues at this property !!
