Cosy holiday development "FIP-Ferienpark (Insel Poel)", surrounded by fields. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 500 m from the sea, 500 m from the beach. For shared use: table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: playroom, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking at the house. Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 5 km, shopping centre 5 km, restaurant 100 m, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Gollwitz" 50 m, sandy beach 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 18 km, indoor swimming pool 18 km, bathing lake 18 km. Minigolf 6.5 km, riding stable 7.5 km, walking paths from the house 50 m. Please note: car recommended. The FIP holiday park consists of two three-storey apartment buildings with a courtyard. 3-room apartment 53 m2 on 3rd floor. Living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen), CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 open room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Electric heating. Small balcony 3 m2. Balcony furniture. View of the sea. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, no lift. The apartment is on two levels with space-saving staircase to the steeply sloping attic (loft). The sleeping possibility in the nursery is a pull-out bed (tandem bed).

The apartment is very well equipped and the beds are fine. Unfortunately under the beds, on the stairs and on the balcony had not been cleaned. The advertised restaurant in the FIP is closed.

Furniture a little broken, vacuum cleaner in the middle of the living room, was advertised for 4 people, ask me where they should all sit there …… balcony **** from the birds
