The hotel is a bit old but very clean and cozy. There may not be many choices for breakfast but is definitely good enough for me. The staff at reception is extremely friendly and helpful. They even provide sauna but unfortunately I did not have the time to try.

The staffs are very informative and helpful. It is not far from the main tourist attractions. The room is clean.

The hotel was a bit rustic and every moves will sure to make noises but their breakfast eventhough basic it was marvelous. Would stay here again.

Apparently the hotel did not receive my booking at all, although i had documents showing otherwise. I had to call trip to get them to discuss with the hotel what happened and there were a lot of miscommunication and it was very frustrating for me since it wasnt my fault but trip and the hotel's. However, the staff was still very nice, and manage to provide some solutions for me and my friends.

Hotel Chalet Swiss thank you! I had a great stay with you. Thank you for all the staff who were very accommodating and helpful. Very clean place to stay & they cleaned the room daily. Near location to bus & train station-Interlaken West. Very satisfying breakfast. They give a blue card for free bus ride. I would definitely choose to stay here again. Location is perfect. Just 10 min walk from interlaken west station and nearby to city centre. Cute little room and wirh beautiful view. Breakfast was a let down as it was very basic. Nothing fancy.

It's a nice place to stay though, new look given to renovated rooms, with wooden floors, noises are a real problem at night, the hotel bar guy keeps opening and closing it even after midnight which is bar closure time. The owner himself is present around the property and keeps watch over things in the day hours. Hotel receptionist lady with glasses lacks manners seriously. Breakfast is not having a good menu. Overall a pricey place which doesn't offer you value for money. The same hotel with 100+/- for 2 nights shall be ok, but 250 CHF is way too much an ask which I found out after asking few other hotels.
