The hotel is very convenient to reach, it seems equidistant from both the East & West Stations. Since it was just a short 2 nights stay, we did not take the housekeeping service, and when we requested water, the receptionist did not seem happy with us and also with the Housekeeping team. Seemed a bit weird. However, the housekeeping team was kind and courteous always.

The location is very good, the breakfast is good, but the size of the room I have never experienced before!! Like a nest and so is the bathroom.. Imagine that the size of my bedroom is 92 square meters... But I was lucky that I only booked two nights

Excellent location 5 min walk to Interlaken West. Nice place to stay as a base to visit different sites. The Lady at the front desk was kind enough to allow us an early check in. Facilities such as microwave, hot water for tea coffee provided at the lobby very useful esp in cold winter.

Everything is good and the place is very comfortable.. the reception is very helpful and polite … the breakfast is good too 👍👍 be careful there are staircases when u proceed to your rooms and u need to carry the luggage

We booked this hotel for a night stay in our 5 day swiss trip. We are very much impressed with this hotel amenities specially they took even minute care of the customers' requirements like arranging an umbrella which is very useful in spring. Breakfast is ultimate with a wide range of varieties. Don't forget to include breakfast in your booking if you consider this hotel. Situated in the town centre, walkable distance to train and bus station.

location close to train station, a bit old but comfy to live in, nice hygiene

The staff at the front desk was so very friendly, but for night the heating or hot water running system in the whole building gone down and we were not able to take a bath with cold water during winter so we just didn't take at all.

Adequate hotel amenities such as slippers, toothbrush, shampoo, etc. The hotel common area provides free wifi, lugguage storage, tea, coffee, microwave oven, etc. The hotel there in general is quite expensive. The location is good with bus stop outside. Walking distant from Interlaken West Station to the hotel. The hotel provides free local transportation card.
